It will help a lot to get you close. Most Logon Studio uifiles are all the same, people don't change anything so you can pretty much count on the line error being right. But logons that are splash logons, without the uifile for that logon you can only guess compared to other logons of that style because most people add their own code and the line numbers change. I hope you use Object Edit or Notepad ++ or something similar that numbers the lines and you aren't counting them every time thou

Line 220 is bmp 113, the other bmp that is a frame around the userpic. All images that you use in the logons have to be true bmps, not other formats renamed to bmp.
Line 226 refers to bmp 119, or one of the frames around the userpic in the logon. It could be that you are trying to use a .jpg instead of a .bmp or a .jpg or .gif renamed to .bmp and that will create the error. Does it work at all? Do other logons work ok? Check bmp 119 and make sure it is a true bmp and if you still have problems, you can always email me the file and I'll check it out and see what the problem is. Great here in California. See ya.
The WB files match with the Trial Version. How long have you had it? Wbload.exe 2005/12/21 01:04:47 Tray.dll 2006/04/28 19:27:49
My question is why would you want an Apple mouse for your PC? With all the PC ones out there at great prices with many more features, is it just a "cool" thing to do?
Journeyman Troll Thumping Day should be here soon I hope. Congrats B!
Leave the name of the skin and I'm sure Jafo or Fuzzy will take care of it for you or let you know what you need to do.
Some skins only come with a compact start and you would have to edit it in SkinStudio. If the skin has both compact and full start menus, just open Windowblinds, click the dropdown menu for it, and pick the full start substyle and apply it.
Ok, take mine, I think I got a bad one. Ever since I saw it, everything I try to create looks like cra*!!!
This thread got me looking at my profile, and sometime recently, I was promoted to Master Apprentice and didn't even know it. Thank you whoever (whomever?) was responsible.
Awwwwww...I never get to have any fun...
When do I get to be Wizop?? I had the answer. Do I get a prize? Can I kick Bichur just for fun anyway??
Open the .icl in Icon Developer, right click the icon and export it to where you want to save it. You can also shift-click multiple icons, right click and export them all to the folder of your choice.
In the screenshot, I see "Windowblinds Enhanced" and a WB5 Golden Enhanced" folders. The only place I've seen Windowblinds called "Enhanced" or "Golden Enhanced" is on the Warez sites. Perhaps that's the problem.....
I have the same build of ObjectDock, set with 1 dock similar to yours, and I show 1000-1500kb static, 2000-3500 mouseover. I don't know if the Athlon64 has anything to do with it as I'm running Intel. Maybe somebody with an Athlon will have better idea.
You need to either use a larger image and not stretch it, or change a piece of code in the uifile. Some images stretch just fine, most actually, but some have the problem you are having. If you don't have a larger image to start with, open the uifile and change line 14 from this: background: rcbmp(100,6,#0,0,0,1,0);//rcbmp(100,6,#FF00FF,0,0,1,0); to this: background: rcbmp(100,6,#FF00FF,0,0,1,0);//rcbmp(100,6,#FF00FF,0,0,1,0); If you are creating the logon w
I've been having no problems installing them but now I'm having the same problem others were having..."out of memory" errors after recoloring a package and it won't save. It had been working fine, no idea what's up with it now.
5.01.006 is the Release. 5.01m[b].017 is the latest Beta. You can download them with Stardock Central if you bought Windowblinds or Object Desktop.
Thanks for the link. There's some good tips there!
You keep saying "Theme" and wrong icons. Are you downloading just a Windowblind skin and expecting it to change all the other things like icons and wallpaper. Or are you using Theme Manager to download a theme? and if you are , do you also have all the other programs needed to install all of the theme?
You need to take a screenshot of your logon (press the Print Screen key on your keyboard while you have the logon applied), then open up Paint or whatever graphics program you use, paste the screenshot in, and save as a .jpg file and upload as your screenshot. Then navigate to the logon file on your computer. (either a .logonxp file or a zip file) and upload that as the file. Hope that helps.
Vista Leaf says in the description that it's for 1024x768 only. It will look like a mess in widescreen. If you use a widescreen wallpaper when you make the logon, it can't stretch because it's already the right size. That's assuming you know how to make a logon right in the first place. If you need some help or want to send me the image or what you want to make, I'll be more than willing to help.
I thought you were gonna vote with your wallet, ask for your money back, and get the hell out of here...
