If you do ever order any MyColors themes from https://www.stardock.com/products/mycolors (or other Stardock products, for that matter) and need your serial numbers, you can put your email address into the form at https://www.stardock.com/support and submit it to have everything emailed to you. Yeah, I'm not really sure what kind of experience you would expect using ObjectZip on an OS beyond XP, as it became obsoleted some time ago now. I would suggest 7-Zip, it's a great archiver: http://sourceforge.net/projects/sevenzip/ Mike

Impulse is not supported in XP x64, though I'm not quite sure SDC will be fully functional either (not explicitly listed as supported on this platform). Stardock Central will be unable to download anything from servers, but may still be used to restore archives (much like its predecessor, Component Manager). So whether this will be of use to you depends upon what you are trying to install. Mike

Which OS are you running? If you hold the Windows key and press R (to bring up the "Run" dialog) and type desktop. Do your icons show up here? Are you using any other customization applications? Mike

Just as a follow-up -- I'm unsure how 14 transactions managed to get through. I did refund 13 of these and I sent you an email. I just wanted to make that clear here just in case. Let me know how things go if you wanted to try placing an order for Entrenchment and Diplomacy again. I didn't see anything regarding these two titles in any of the transactions you had made, so I'm not sure what happened there. Mike

Also, if you'd like a copy, just input your email address into the form at https://www.stardock.com/support and submit -- all of your account information (including serial numbers and expiration dates) will be sent to you. Mike

I would assume anything that might have been removed was because of compatibility problems. If you need any older plugins and don't have them, let me know what you're looking for. Mike

I've written a small script on my Win7 x64 box here and don't have an issue. If there was a specific dxpack you wanted me to attempt running to verify that it worked, I'd be happy to oblige. Mike

Did you possibly purchase Entrenchment under a different email address than you had purchased Sins? I do see your registration for Sins under this email address, but nothing for Entrenchment. Since we'd probably need to get alternate email addresses from you to look up your information, I would suggest writing in to [email protected] with this information and they should be able to assist you. Rambo Smurf: Sorry for the trouble you have experienced here. I am looking into this issue right now for you and will get your duplicate charges refunded to you. Concerning your Diplomacy pre-order, this will not actually charge your card until the game goes Beta and you're able to download it. Chances are, it does have your pre-orders in the system though, so I will ensure only one pre-order remains. I cannot say why you hadn't received Entrenchment, but I will

I think there is a good chance this feature may find its way into WB7. Don't quote me on that, of course, I'm simply speaking in reference to the various versions of WB in the past :) Mike

As a suggestion, could you try installing Impulse from here: http://impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe Through Impulse, Fences should be available from within the "My Software" tab. This will also ensure you're running the version of .NET you'll need for Fences as well. Mike

It's possible some external (security) application may be grabbing hold of the file while Impulse is attempting to install it. Do you have anything else running that may possibly be interfering? Mike

32 or 64-bit? You just want to be sure to grant access to multipl.exe, multisrv32.exe (or multisrv64.exe if 64-bit) and allow tcp communication over port 30564. During installation, Multiplicity should add the appropriate firewall rules to the Windows Firewall. You may be try right clicking the system tray icon and choose "Wizard", then go through that to have it try re-adding the firewall rules. Mike
