How often do you have to re-register your script dlls? Have you narrowed problem #1 and #2 down to WindowBlinds 5 Beta as being the cause? (ie Does everything function as you would expect with it unloaded)? As for problem #3, are your toolbars skinned with at least the current WindowBlinds skin? Are there any toolbar skins you are able to override, or does this issue occur with all skins? Thank you for submitting your bug report. -Mike [Stardock Suppo

(The Wincustomize databases had to be reverted, so I am reposting/retyping my response) WindowBlinds 5 Beta currently does not support multi user accounts, but this is an anticipated feature in a future release. For the time being, you can run the wbload.exe file (located within C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\Windowblinds) prior to running WindowBlinds and that should work, although there are no guarantees. -Mike [Stardock Support]</

Are you trying to load a toolbar you have downloaded through WindowBlinds? If this is the case, please make sure you select the "Always use the toolbar icon set selected below" option under "Toolbars" in the WindowBlinds Configuration window and of course, make sure the set you'd like to use is selected (with the brackets around it). When you've applied the Toolbar skin, do the icons show then? Which Toolbar skin are you trying to load? -Mike [St

(The Wincustomize databases had to be reverted, so I am reposting/retyping my response) What happens when WindowBlinds is unloaded and you try to print? Do you get the same error? If not, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Lexmark directory and make sure all .exe files from there have been added to the "Per Application" list to be excluded from skinning. Any application in this list that is excluded from skinning is completely untouched by WindowBlinds, so it mus

(The Wincustomize databases had to be reverted, so I am reposting/retyping my response) Press Ctrl+Shift+Escape and make sure the SDMCP.exe process is not running. If it is, select it and click "End Process." Navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Stardock folder and delete the SDMCP.exe process from there. Try uninstalling/reinstalling Stardock Central again, the SDMCP.exe process has been known to hang during uninstallation. -Mike [Stardo

Try this: Exit all programs you have installed since your screen saver has stopped working Right click on the desktop and go to properties Click the Screen Saver tab Click Preview Does it work? If no, go to step 6 If yes, start another program you exited on step 1 and continue from step 4. You've found the culprit, have you loaded any programs at all? If yes, Which program had

I haven't heard this rumor. If go to Start->Run and type in services.msc (and press enter) a new window will open. Scroll down until you find "Themes." Double-click on this. Change Startup Type to "Disabled" and click "Stop." This is actually how I have my system set up so I wouldn't know if what you saw posted was true. -Mike [Stardock Support]

(I assume you meant v4.90g[b].003) I'd be very interested to see where you're noticing the slowdown. I haven't come across any slowdown issues myself, in fact, I've only heard about how much faster it operates. -Mike [Stardock Support]

What specific version of WindowBlinds are you using? There are many releases within version 5. Also, which version of windows are you running (including service packs)? -Mike [Stardock Support]

alphadog: Though your application might have reported itself as activating properly, there was in fact an error in your account info nonetheless. In reference to post#13, had you uninstalled/rebooted/reinstalled/rebooted after I made my post? If this doesn't work for your system, it's a known problem that happens with a few systems and the development team is aware of this issue and working on a fix. Which version of Windowblinds are you using? -Mike [St

Glad to hear everything's working with Windowblinds. Version 4.90g[b].003 was actually released two days ago. Inadequate or defective power supplies can cause all sorts of real problems. I usually stick to 400+ Watt units myself (Antec's a good brand). -Mike [Stardock Support]

There are known issues with VS.NET. Should these ever be addressed by a release, it will be documented in the readme.txt located in your Windowblinds directory. I will report your issue with Delphi (whether it's known or not) to the development team. -Mike [Stardock Support]

How do the icons disappear (do you have to do anything to make this happen)? Which version of ObjectDock and which version of windows (including service packs) are you running? -Mike [Stardock Support]
