It has to do with folders and files on NTFS partitions. It's not a serious problem and if chkdsk didn't pick up on it, I wouldn't be concerned about it. It probably is a false reading by Disc Doctor.

Have you tried using Norton WinDoctor? That will work just fine in XP.
