I always right click on the link and then click on "Save As". If it is a zip file, after downloading just rename the .zip extension to .wba and then click on the renamed file to install it normally. Works just fine that way.

I've used Nortons products since day 1 and I have no problems with any of them, they do exactly what they are meant to do and I am a very satisfied customer. I personally feel that no other company comes anywhere near the quality and reliability of Nortons and have no intention of ever switching to anything else.

the wording 'unlimited downloads' would refer to no 'cap' on the annual download, as with the subscriber not having a limit. Nothing as I ever recall mentioned 'unlimited' for eternity. I think the operative word here would be 'annual'

I understand your being miffed about this carolelee and I certainly sympathize.. However, I don't recall being offered unlimited downloading privileges by subscribing to windowblinds.. that only seems to come with the wincustomize browser subscription. I may be wrong about that though, so I should probably shut up...
