You definitely need to install the Sysmetrix program first from here.. Link to use Sysmetrix skins. Boss019 has it right about making screenshots.. it's very easy the way he described it..

Have you run a complete virus scan on your computer? Try doing that and see if it comes up with something.

I just right clicked anywhere on the desktop and it gives me the menu choice to unload DesktopX.. Hmmmmm, I guess it depends on the desktop you have loaded.

Well I think the urge to do so wears off after a few years.. LOL The last thing I ever want to do now is reinstall from scratch; I'll spend many hours repairing things before I get to that point..

I would call Dell support about this problem, they will fix it for you no doubt! Right click on My Computer on your desktop, click on properties and then click on Support Information. Good luck

Echinacea is certainly fine as a preventative and also if you are already infected it will work within a few days, but if you are sick as a dog and need relief now I swear by TheraFlu 'Severe Cold and Congestion' night time formula.. it has always worked for me in three days or less to kick out anything up to and including flu and bronchitis.
