I would prefer for the two gods to be "untouchable NPCs" ... not necessarily part of the game, but theoretically involved in random events and questing. That leaves the Companions/Champions able to quest for you. One other thi

It's causing me horrible psychological damage.
Would be nice. For the love of they're past due with sequels to more than one title. I would add in Diablo and Starcraft. They don't get points for finally working on them now. They're late! [e digicons]:P[/e] I don't want to hear WOW excuses either. Bah! They were and are still raking in money, so there's no reason sequels to their titles couldn't have been done. No excuse for being l
Ditto.
Forgotten Realms DnD type, a Star Wars or KOTOR type, while we're at it, any major DnD campaign world (Greyhawk, Ravenloft, Dark Sun, Ravenloft, etc.. )
Froggie, I still think that these cities are way too close to eachother. The 4 tile rule should be changed to 6-7 tiles imo. If it won't be changed, players will [have to] create tons of cities on huge maps...on this screenshot you've created 3 cities on a small portion of land.
I agee. I like that there is a
Pocket Pool anyone?
I guess there's no boost charisma spell, enchant or potions?
Cleave: If unit kills opposing unit gets a free swipe at a nearby one. Great Cleave: same as above, but not limited to number of times. As long as units keep dying it gets a free swipe. (Which means strategy wise don't send a ton of little peasants at it). Whirlwind blow: hits all adjacent units with its attack Vampiric regeneration: heals self after doing damage. Shield Wall: soldiers ban together to improve their defence stat. Bo
I played a game with a female sovereign. Can confirm getting married is possible. Was able to get married after rescuing a noble's son quest.
Owlbears, Trolls, Orcs, Goblins, Gnolls, Kobolds, Bugbears, Lizardfolk, Dragons, Elementals, Golems, Demons, Lich(es), Beholders, Giant Spiders,
Agreed. It (Short Video Tutorials) worked very nicely with Gal Civ 2.
I'll be getting both, but I feel sorry for those who must choose.
Not only will I be getting both. I'll be getting them from Impulse. Out of character, wanted to poke my head in and say HI. I hadn't really said anything since joining the empire. I didn't need that many join empire requests. I started upping my difficulty and kicking it up a notch. I'm sure this will help, my scores are now worth 3-4x when I first started.
If you don't think its dying compare SHELF space at a gaming store. 5+ shelves for every console and barely 1 for PC. :SURPRISED: :SURPRISED: I never would have believed it, but its the way of EB/Gamestop
I say right now Dells and HPs are cheap enough thru Newegg or QVC that its really cheap to get a good one and pay for it if you're not willing or able to go the building route. We just got a HP thats an AMD Phenom Quad-core with 6GB, Vista 64 bit, combo drive 500gb HD, Nvidia graphics card 9300 (its not really a gaming rig) all for around $750 and free shipping. HP too. It was more expensive to build my dual-core gaming rig than this. XP is going the way of no support
My gameplay experience of late is almost identical to RhetoricalSun's. Diff is Painful or Crippling and map sizes medium. Every race I've gone up against has played their best and colonize well. Torians are the galaxy's cockroaches. I do use ctrl-n a little and haven't noticed any gimping at all. I'll try upping the map size but I seriously doubt its that.
So chalk this one up on politicians don't know what they're doing (again) or "the man" trying to keep us down ? Either way it's crap. We all can cite numerous other games that may be just as offensive if not more and they're being sold. That's what makes this ludicrous and sad.
Mass Effect is an awesome game on the 360. I WAS looking forward to the PC release mainly due to modders which add "life" to length of games. However, if I can not get a version without Securom or Starforce, I will not purchase it. Also I don't pirate, the point is I don't want that piece of trash on my machine in addition to the hassles that the copy protection schemes bring. Securom == Starforce (In terms that they are both bullshit and no one should ever buy a
I want to go back the NWN post. I agree with NWN2 being very high end and most systems that could play the first game can't w/o serious upgrades altogether or getting a new rig entirely. The Blu-Ray thing I feel for you. Having to replace a DVD drive means the software company who made that piece of trash is blacklisted in my book. I did not purchase Heroes of Might and Magic V because of hearing about destroyed drives and granting root access. Also I want to say lets no
I love the idea. If you build it, I will play it. I'm no modder or I'd offer my support. I can give you cheers and praises though! :CONGRAT:
Painful feels like Maso... It's like the whole scale is up 1. I swear normal and tough aren't like they used to be either.
I'd like to give you honest answers. But, I'd clearly mess up due to my not knowing how it's going to be in the 'final' version. I can tell what things are like in the beta. Each race has their own tree. There are a few similarities and sometimes its completely different. Some instances races have the same things but different names or better/worse versions of it. Example: Humans can start out building traditional factorys. Whilst the Drengin build slave pits. The Torians a centr
I agree with that. I'd say they (Iron Lore) bought the bullet for the ir bad idea. It's going to take great leaps of faith for other companies to come around to Stardock's way of thinking (like what Peace Phoenix detailed above). There's no tears shed for those companies who don't see the light.
