Acronis is intended to Image your drive so you can recover from a total loss. To do that it's essential there is more than one drive as it's pointless to store images on the same drive you are concerned might fail. I've used it for decades, and it has saved me more than once [from my own stupidity even]. Without user input I do a full image of the OS drive on one day then the next 5 days are incremental backups [just things that change] then back to another full. <p

Stardock's Windowblinds and Stardock's Start 11 work seamlessly together. There is little incentive for Stardock to alter their perfectly good programs to cater for a competitor's. The onus to 'adapt' would be more correctly on StartAllBack as that is several decades younger than Windowblinds and thus should have itself been made to work with what exists already, rather than the reverse.

Sounds like something you delete from a removable drive isn't releasing its link to the drive when you attempt to eject. If you empty the recycle prior to eject then nothing can interfere, though I don't recall ever having to.
My system has been active since January 2015... an uptime of over 10 years. It has always had ObjectDock installed and there has never been an issue with drives not ejecting. Currently there are 11 physical Hard drives. 2 are USB, 6 are hotswap SSD. The only ones that do not 'eject' are internal M.2, 1 of which is the OS anyway...;)

In the late 80s Australia hosted the first Nascar races ever outside the US. Needless to say I worked them all. I enjoyed the ease of reading the car numbers anywhere around the track. They were fairly popular here... but the owner of the circuit had a falling out with the Australian governing body for Motor Racing and it all died away. The absurdity of it now is our world famous Touring/Group A/Supercar format has ended up identical to the Nascar road circuit format
