I now have my original account back, Sean merged my accounts. Thanks to everyone who helped.
Good to hear...;)
WELL, i read that and all its repetitions, and I haven't understood a word of it. You started by saying that everybody knowa what tabs are, which I can assure you is not true. So, what is a tab and what does it do? My desktop currently features a whole lot of fences where I keep links to all my files and programs. How will tabs improve on this? You obviously think it will, so please explain why, in simple words and without repetition [
Am I on the list?
Nope. You're not on the list T-Man posted, so you 'should' be able to log out and back in as a cache issue. Am still hanging out for an online response from Adam re correct/successful solution to failed logins... but please be aware the recovery is still a work in progress.

Weather.com long ago pulled its free access to all the Gadgets and modules that could display it. If it's working now it can only mean they restored access after everyone had given up on it and its alternatives.
Hi, where is this list of users that are lost in the crash. I have someone on a forum that is asking but can not post for possibly obvious reasons.
PM me the User name and I'll check the list for you. Probably a privacy issue to list them all publicly ...;)

I'll point Adam at this thread... and see if there's a better way to get it all working... will help others as well. BTW... the JuniorCrooks2 was set up in August 2012 ...;)

Kenneth.. I deleted your email addy in the post above...so you don't get spam etc. The original account is listed at your yahoo email. If you no longer have that email account I believe what Adam is requesting is a confirmation of the new email addy. I guess what we really need is a sequence of formal steps to log back into the sites, covering every option such as not having the original account email etc. You're not alone in the hoop-jumping... Kenneth... your original account still shows, however it's a different email to the one you just made '66' with. T-Man posted a list of people who were 'lost' in the crash... you weren't one of them so your original account should function. Try closing ALL tabs related to Stardock, first logging out with that '66'. Clear cookies... Then type in directly https://forums.wincustomize.com don't use a favourite lin
PS: Your "whacky" (your words, not mine), reminds so much of the Concord. That was a beautiful piece of Aeronautic!
It's a North American XB70 Valkyrie ... almost twice as fast as a Concorde... The 'whacky' bit is it's about the last plane imaginable likely to be used by the Thunderbirds Team [and not 'just' because there is only one surviving]. It was designed to supercruise riding its own shockwave.
I remember falling out of love with MS support when I wanted to move Windows XP off my “C” partition to my “D” partition to make room for Windows 7. A MS tech person said that was easy, just do a format “C”. I told him I was running a “triple boot system”, and that would destroy everything. He then said I couldn’t do that.
because skin studio isn't very easy to figure out
Windowblinds [and Skinstudio] evolved over decades concurrently with the skinners using it/them so the learning 'curve' was incremental. Unfortunately what that meant was if you were to dive in now cold turkey it's a shock to the system [how's that for a bunch of mixed metaphors]. ;)

One last time. Stardock's Devs do not want their programs to damage a user's system so work to ensure programs can co-exist without system failure. That has absolutely nothing to do with promoting the duplication of shell enhancements. It is about system stability. You SHOULD only apply one shell modification for 'Start', however, if you MUST use 2 at least you know Stardock's program will not brick your system. The same cannot be said for the second prog

On a 'helping note'. Stardock's Devs have clearly set a check code in place to determine if/when the user also has SAB installed. To therefore NOT brick your OS it would follow that SAB is installed first so Start 11 is aware of it when installed second. Other than that I simply would never use 2 at once as potentially 'stability' would be at risk with any updates/alterations to SAB if nothing else.
the developers of Start11 are making a conscious and deliberate effort to actually ensure that both programs could be used concurrently without a loss of functionality in Start11.
