toruschka It could be anything that's causing od not to show syst tray,i just tried both the tab & zoomer settings to show st & they appeared without issue,that to me discounts a bug in od since my 2ndry comp also is able to show st. I would do this if i was in your situation use windows update not auto update-then hit the custom button-install all updates. delete any trace of od ,manually remove registry entries & any stuff in prog files etc. run ccleaner reinstall

I installed a vista only wb "innova for vista" on my xp machine to see what would happen, it worked fine, tho i think lightstar frowned :p from behind his his/her computer & told me to get the xp version instead..lol.. ,i'm not a skinner so it looked normal to me, my conclusion vista for xp it is :p

You don't have a xp disk yet you have xp ?? there's only a couple of other ways i can think of that would make that possable,it's either a branded model in which case you'd have a recovery partition so find out what keys you need to press on reboot to activate it,usually F8 or F10 or it's a no brand,in which case it maybe possable to download the xp repair diskette images from microsoft that uses floppy's to reinstall. You can set window blinds trial version into a second user account on windows so long as you only have the bought version set up for the other account & not set for all users,or you could just run it in sandboxie or by using microsofts virtual pc 2004 or 2007 software,it's free so is sandboxie,tho i've never tried to run software in it (sandboxie that is)
There's different levels of so called spyware,most that get detected on my comp by spyware terminator are usually cookies for login n stuff,it gives options to ignore in the future,my guess is you need to train pc secure for what's bad & what ain't,basicly learn how to use it,also enable realtime protection & Host Intrusion Protection Service (HIPS=any new program that attempts to install or startup can be blocked when pop-up tells you a new program is attempting to start or install),personally

My icons zoom individually while background stays put,the icon zoom basicly just lifts the icon forward & does not operate the same way as the single dock type zoom effect,you'll need to check all the settings available for effects etc,but my understanding is tabbed docks can't zoom like the single zoomers can ,someone else who knows more can comment on whether that's correct or not EDIT: Yo!
