thanks, i forgot one other question - can i 1) change the icon sizes of menu items for drop menus 2) set the dock 'contents' to a folder on my drive that contains all the shortcuts for a given 'category' thanks kd

Hi All, I want to get some software to set-up a workspace on my desktop that works the way I do. Below is how I'd like the desktop to look/act and other comments. I need the software to allow me to define multiple desktops - I'll start on 1 desktop and then depending on what I'm working on I'll want to switch to another desktop - each desktop is laid out to reflect what I'm working on and would have different backgrounds etc.<br/
