I think Brad said they're still working out the Commander stuff. Agreed- it still needs a bit more of a feel for protecting the home front than fighting-only.

Could this post be updated and moved into the LH forums, too? It would be helpful for those new to the forum.
Another idea would be for a random stats increase instead of trait, and make it pretty small (like +1). I like the excitement randomness brings to the table, but thankful for a more strategic stats progression.
I think you mean "can we bring the FE font back". Also, what don't you like about it? Hard to read? Doesn't fit the text in places properly? Inconsistent usage? Certain characters are hard to read, etc. Elaborating would help SD know why you think it's so terrible.
Sign into your Stardock Account, Legendary Heroes will be sitting there waiting for you with a Steam key.
Awesome! That's what I needed to hear. I kept waiting for the email notice with the key. I got Brad's email explaining how I qualified for the expansion, but this was the line that threw me off:
<span style="color: #e9e9e9; font-family: 'Segoe UI', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-s
Since nobody's said it yet: Huzzah! Anybody else who ordered before Nov. 2010 get the email to download LH yet?
Hopefully Metacritic can add this to their scoring soon. I wonder what version of FE he used to review it. This is great news!
Crafting would be cool, but fixing existing bugs and giving the UI some much-needed attention is much more of a priority. Each feature added zaps away resources to improve the information displayed and how you interact with it. There's been a great UI post already you've likely already seen by Darxim. Work on that stuff first. Once that's mission accomplished, add in other features (like crafting). That said, crafting a
This is a great list of UI suggestions. They would go a long way into making the interface and gameplay more enjoyable! [e digicons]k1[/e]
Area of Control (aka Zone of Control of ZoC) is still a bit of a mystery. The UI doesn't suggest when it might expand next, nor how it might expand. You pretty much have to figure it out by playing the game, not relying on it, or building outposts. One simple rule is that the next time the city levels up, ZoC will expand in all directions by one tile with the exception of surrounding ZoC's. Other buildings like Tower of Dominion will expand it, too, though on the next turn lik
Having the ability to see more conversational text would really help. I have a hard time reading through the long text, partially because it's not as visually interesting. Something like showing the sovereigns with a conversation bubble above/beside them would help make it feel more dynamic and involved. Sometimes I have a hard time distinguishing which champion is talking at a certain time (you get many over the course of a scenario). Good suggestion, jstwebbrowsing!
Awesome work on fixing the auto-targeting bug!
It would seem to make sense to optimize for the default value, since that's what is recommended. And since it's mid-way, it should scale down or up. Maybe have different algorithms based on the map size?
I'd love to see some improvements in Influence and Prestige like Xia mentions, too. Those mechanics could be simplified to be made more useful and understandable (by combining or eliminating them in some fashion).
Great work here like usual, Tuidjy!
I love your reading room. Beautiful! The spiral staircase is a cool touch, and that door in there is sweet. If you got any other pictures, you should post those.
Did you get the opportunity to hang those yourself? I love Christmas time, though it can be a lot of work.
It sure seems like the modding that was built into EWOM and FE has helped with some rapid patching. It's allowed Brad and Derek to get some balancing/bug fixing out pretty quickly. It's also helped a ton because the community can look through the XML to find out the problem. I can only imagine if the same was true for other modding things, there would be even more awesome fixes!
Seems like a bug. Should give much higher loot!
Everyone's talking so much about sweeping. Don't forget mopping and vacuuming can take a long time, too. ;)
How about this- Elemental: Brony Wars [e digicons][/e]

I might be prone to spending my life trying to get back at the fire, writing posts about how anti-fire I am, etc. Like you point out, though, spending my life angry at something I can't control doesn't make sense. I just can't imagin
If you're going to rely more on Zone of Control, please add more visibility into that game mechanic. It's hard to know when it will expand next. The ONLY way to improve it is via buildings and population right now. Should be the ability to research, use magic and/or pay money to expand it, too.
I am running Windows 7 64 bit. I am thinking it's finally time to ditch the ancient vid card.
I upgraded from a nVidia 9600GT (a bit less than yours) to an AMD 7770 and it's been a positive experience for me. I'd recommend getting that or a 650TI or 660 (if you can afford it) since they're a year newer and likely supported longer. The biggest benefit I noticed in upgrading was a vastly improved transit
Love the updates, especially now that I (seemingly) don't have to start an all-new game just to get an improved feature. If you can keep that going, that would rock. I'd have to say I'm so thoroughly impressed with how the game engine continues to evolve. Performance efficiencies, new features, etc. really show how the new engine is really capable as an engine for future game development (hopefully). On my wish list is some continued improvements in pathfinding, li
