Story wise, I think following the SMAC style would be a good way to get the ball rolling.

Good stuff. It is always nice to see these "behind the scenes" posts. [e digicons]:andrew:[/e]
Kotaku just published a story about the situation here . It starts out... "Stardock CEO Brad Wardell exhaustively details the whys and hows behind Demigod’s crippling networking issues in a blog post aptly titled “Demigod: So what the hell happened?”" by Mike Fahey UPDATE: The story also made ZergWatch h<a href="http://news.zergwatch.com/2009/05/19/what-went-wrong-with-
I do have have one minor request to be considered related to the topic at hand, and it is for multipreference files. For example, so I can create a hardcore setting and a net based one and one for testing -etc...
It is nice to see some new info from the project leader after a long time of silence. [e digicons]:frogboy:[/e] Some good stuff to be sure. Some more vids would really rock. [e digicons]:andrew:[/e]
The second quarter is almost over... [e digicons]:frogboy:[/e]
I also think it is a good idea and I would support the prior suggestion about reducing the points upon leaving. I would also consider making a team voting option as well.
I hate all none optional time based elements of any game as a matter of principle. I was considering getting title but now I wont. Thanks for the info.
Absolutely - case closed. [e digicons]:banhammer:[/e]
good stuff!
Lets not forget about the "time authority agency" that was active via ST:V. That came back 500 years to set the timeline right again. That sub arc really irked me. It was like the episode in B5 where they show the earth one million years in the future just before the sun goes poof. Yet there were Rangers there. Consequently one infers that all should be good in the universe.
@ID - Tom's has a related article here .
There is already a very long thread about it here .
Hmmm... And I always thought flow control was on the client side. You learn something new every day...
No doubt. It has been some time and we have not got any feedback yet. Can someone at SD update us please?
To me the best DRM is pure community building and interactivity on the part of the devs with gamers/customers. In this area no one even comes close to SD. [e digicons]:frogboy:[/e]
This thread made the MCV news feed today. You can read it here .

But at the time he surely must have been trust worthy ( by Romulan standards) or he would not have been in command. Additionally one would think he wou
