I'm ashamed, I've never played or even tried any of the campaigns.

I would definitely like a good evil revamp. All three should have positives for a variety of play types, as it is good only seems to favor those that like dealing co-operating, wheeling dealing with the AI. I would love the good benefits to be long term benefits with the evil choices having more immediate effects, which is almost what it is now. As a side this more closely matches the Game Theory explanations for good behaviour.
I don't post, or log in often but this deserved a post. Yes I would be willing to pay for more expansion packs. How many? At least 4. I would love parts that move, glow etc, or pretty much anything else. The only feature I don't want is multiplayer.
I just ordered my new pc in, well the parts anyway and I decided to go for the Q6600. Anyway I believe I heard that galciv2 will use all 4 cores, is this true? What performance differences might I notice?
Oo, yes a white outline could very well help the visibility of the icons.
I like the ideas, heres another one of mine. When you mouse over icons in the left selection menu how about having them bubble out slightly/get bigger. That way when normally not in use they're small and unobtrusive and when you want to select ships they're much bigger and thus easier to identify.
Within 5 minutes of starting up this game for the 3rd time (beta 1 was far too boring for me) I notice 3 glaring problems concerning the UI. When I scroll out the little symbols for the ships group up becoming a mash of ships, perhaps they do have a distance between them but for me at least it was so bad I had to zoom in all the time to select ships. The ship symbols are far too small, the ones I see on screen zoomed out not the ones on the left. I had to squint and put my hea
Oo nice to see some press.
This thread has gotten... intereasting.
Sweet man, I'd say that your a god among kings but I dunno.
I can understand how having multiple species in one solar system fits the background, but I don't think that should tie up custom matches. I feel custom games would be a much more compelling experience if it used something similar to Gal Civ 2, a balance of positions with some randomness thrown in. Or if you prefer a check box to switch between the two modes. As far as objects in a solar system, it would be nice if that was configurable also, or if it won't just tone it down a little an
Yeah DA is the original and DL is the expansion. If you're having problems I recommend either trying on a lower difficulty or reading a guide. Or you could try DL to learn the basic mechanics and then try the expansion, because it really does add alot and I can see where someone new might be overwhelmed.

I always go for the good governments as soon as feasable, they can provide such a boon. There have been many times where I went from the red into the black just because of a new government.
Yeah if you want a PS3 you just need to show up within a couple hours of them arriving at my EB, but if you want a Wii you need to be there at least an hour before the store opens.
Yeah the reason I picked up Galciv2 was because I saw some similarities with Alpha Cent. He he I missed the expansion pack bya couple years and when I went looking for it no store had it.. flash forward another 2-3 years, I see it in a giant bundle pack with 4 other games including the origonal game and buy the entire pack donating the games I hate or have to friends.
Personally I prefer that they decided to do it via add on parts rather than including it all in the box, that way the people that want it can get it and the people that don't want it don't have to pay for it. Granted if everyone paid for it the price per person would be reduced. As for the Zephyr, they had the choice of either releasing a console or waiting and they choose to release. All the new console does is include HDMI support and have a new chip that runs cooler. Unless you have
You'd probably get a better response on the wizards of the coast MTG forum.
If you google registry mechanic you can find a key or two floating around out there for it so you don't need to pay for it. Not endorsing that idea, but if you try it and like it like that pay for it. Personally I found that it was useless and the speed increases were marginal at best and at worst the program was doing damage. Using a program to mess with your registry, I'm going to have to go with the various computer Guru's and experts out there and say that if your going to do it do it by han
Do starbases themselves gain experience when they win battles?
I've never had any problems using firefox.
Personally I think its a good move but it was far to severe.
It's so true though, I just bought 2 pairs of pants that are supposed to be the same size, of course only thought to try one of them on doh. It turns out that the other pair is 2 sizes smaller around the waist and the store doesn't believe me and won't take them back, and of course now they're delayed so much that I've ran out of time in the return policy.
Personally I never encountered any bugs even on the 1.0X version, maybe I'm just lucky.
Are all the new extras and new ship hulls in the current beta? And a bit of an off-topic question. Awhile back I believe there was some discussion about releasing a ship art pack, new hulls extras and the like, for a reasonable price. What happened with that, did it flub, delayed, in development, or incorporated into DA?
