I recently had the "no uis file" alert on two different PC's with the OranBlue WB skin and WB 3.3p. None of the recommended workarounds work to get WB to recognize and "see" the skin. Why this happens I don't know since there is a uis file and apparently it works for others. I haven't yet tried winstyles so I can't comment on that.
Is the bandwidth being gobbled up from just ordinary traffic, browsing and downloading? My first thought was that perhaps it was something else like a dos.
Doesn't need someone to run a bot to harvest emails. Klez uses and sends to addresses it finds in address books, also spoofs the address sent from, gets creative with subjects. Very tricky critter.

Just to clarify, after I try to access the discussion board, SB tells me I'm not connected to the internet, I get an "error downloading file" and then nothing. So at present I can't access the discussions or use that feature.

I like SkinBrowser as it's fast for viewing skins, but I have a problem with the discussion board. It tries to connect and then tells me that I'm not connected to the internet, which obviously isn't the case. Right now I'm using the web browser function in 0.99. I use ZoneAlarm but skinbrowser is allowed to connect and even without the firewall the problem with the discussion board remains. Ditto with a local proxy (Proxomitron) enabled or bypassed.
