Just downloaded the lastest version, .92. Tried to start a game. I was unable to move my sovereign. I created a city on my square, and the sovereign did not move off the tile like before and would not move after city creation. In fact his line of sight was gone too so there was more area clouded over. Debug.err: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8971392/debug4.err Dxdiag.txt: ht

Why would you raise or lower land besides to wanting to place a city at a spot or creating room for your sit in an area? Or creating a wall of mountains? Does flat land give city bonsuses? Or other things?

Somehow the view of my game got me so close that half the screen was filled with my sovereign's boot. The middle scroll wheel would not work. I could rotate the camera. Sometimes this would cause the view to be just the tile my sovereign was in with his bear and that filled the screen. Sometimes the view would be under the ground. Trying to load the auto-save did not work until after I exited out and restarted E:WoM. Debug.err: http

My familiar attacked a wolf. Then the wolf attacked back. Then their graphics became or were obscured by brown blotches that moved around a tiny bit. The number 2(damage) kept popping up above them. It seemed like it would continue permanently except I was able to select my sovereign and cast icebolt on the wolf which killed it.
Well, TBP ... currently you can Wield a Shield With a Claymore! This is because All weapons are currently 1H (in practice) Bracers and Shield both count as "arm" equipment. Mainhand vs Offhand is purely cosmetic atm, since you can only equip one weapon, and your weapon slot is completely different than the arms slot (which includes shields) .... if you have a Bow and Shield, they show on the same hand.<br

Whereas FfH2 does the whole dark, dangerous fantasy world thing a lot better. What's FfH2?
Ooooh. Fall From Heaven 2. Got it.
Does that mean bracers are considered one-handed, thus excluding the use of them and say claymore or battle axe? You can wear...grr...what was it called....master work? light plate armour which includes ches

Firstly the game crashed when a storm giant attacked a spider in the battle at the great tree(2nd part of the quest to gather the pieces of the ancient/magical/whatever it was called forge). Second I had a group of 4 soliders(one tile) and a single solider(one tile) who could not move in the tactical battle with these spiders. They had .7 movement points. As well my mounted knights only had one action they could do. They had 1.5 movement points. If the spiders caused you to not be abl

I am unable to move an item from one character to another if it is equipped. As well I am unable to move an item if I have two on one character and one is equipped while the other is not. If the soverein is in a group with a character and you select that character(not the sovereign) the character is highlighted, but the inventory displayed is the sovereigns. In Beta 3B it seems female sovereigns at creation do not have vests, waist skirts, and boots. I think also head choices

If not you need to first build a pioneer, send it to the resource, then use the pioneer to build on the resource. Need to make sure you have the correct amount of resources to build because at this stage there is no meaningful feedback on what resources are missing when you send a pioneer.
?
Select the resource. You will see the build option icon. This button may not click-able if you do not have the resource required for building. Over on the build option icon to know the cost of the building.
Oy vey. Missed that. Thanks, working a-ok now.

your sovereign starts out with some summon spells. Summon a bear. Then go attack the spider. Or summon a familiar. Until you upgrade to adventure tech 2 you can keep attacking the spiders with your sovereign and friends for exp.

I thought in 3B we would be able to mine/harvest resources even though our city was not touching the resource. Yet the only one I've been able to build a mine on is gold. I researched mining and harvesting, but I am unable to build on another gold mine in my influence area, nor an iron mine and crystal mine. I also am unable to build a lumbar yard. Hard to read the text I put in the picture so in red it says "Red:Unable to mine." In blue it says "Blue:Able to mine." Any ideas?

On the Processes Tab you can see what Elemental is doing CPU and memory wise. (If you have a logitech G15, a keyboard app called LCD Miscellany is useful for that too.) Take a look at Elementals CPU and memory usage, and see how long it takes after you exit the game for the process to actually close. Just because the game isn't visible doesn't mean it's
