WinCustomize Forumstray icon doesnt come up at all - will try another app and unload this one thanks

Hi, I load desktopx and it fails - it comes up on the screen, then when I move my cursor, it gives me a notice that Desktopx has failed and to send a message to microsoft - then it goes away. I have stripped it out and reloaded it but it still does not work.
