it was actually 2 of them.... ROOK with 8500 health at level 9 and a UB with around 7000 .... rook was one/two shotting with his hammer for 1500-3000+ dmg (after a rock stun) Full citidel upgrades too.... I guess the thing that worries me is when people stop being so obvious about it.... I play demigod 2-4 games a day, but after this game i decided to play street fighter 4 instead Will this ever be fixed?
<
I agree that it would be best to change spite to melee skill, because i have understood that UB is a melee class. And that spite is quite good ranged skill so after they nerfed Lord Erebus so bad (im still playing Lord Erebus) UB have rised to class who everyone hate to play against and everyone want to play with that because its so good on every period of the game and its quite easy to play. I know that Lord Erebus´ bite is very annoying too
While I'm not immediately familiar with how DoTA plays, I think the creeps should play a bigger role. Until you get mid-game when catapults start coming into play, there's not much value in fighting along side your own creeps and clearing a path for your creeps to strike enemy structures. I think this is exemplified by the fact that most people consider getting priests/angels a mistake rather than an advantage. Again while I don't
Anything other than the default options is non-standard for a reason.
I disagree with almost everything you wrote. Creeping/Micro: This game lacks any micro-based creeping Thank god! I applaud that this game has NO micromanagement of creeps. I do not want any added and hope this request is thouroughly ignored. The AI works fine on its own. Itemization: Many of the items feel like they are fillers or weren't
How do you use the DGReplay file to watch a game?
There needs to be a consiquence for people talking about innapropriate stuff in the chat feature. There were a couple of users who were talking about dildos, and were saying stuff just to upset people who were trying to chat about the game. The users were Belier13 and Apika. I find that without any sort of ignore function or way to not listen to their crap other than to not use the chat feature at all then I have to stop using it.

Your build is bad and you should feel bad.
I'm sick of playing Rook, and taking all the damage and dishing out all the Hammer Smashes to get half gold compared to the Sniping Regulus. I think that the kill gold should be split in the ratio of the actual damage done, to properly reflect the actual usefulness of every DG in the kill. That would also mean that entire teams stop getting sick totals of gold because everyone poked the dead DG.
You are a fantastic teammate.
If my ally had said something along the lines of :- "Hey I'm pretty good at this and I know some cool strategies for this map do you wanna work together?" then I asbolutely without doubt would have replied along the lines of:- "Sure thing - I'm no expert I could use the tips - thanks, tell me what I should do" and we would have been golden.
Why should your teammate have to request that you work together?
http://pantheon.demigodthegame.com/games/player/38615/
I was wondering about this. I tried to get into at least 20 pantheon games yesterday. I manually dropped out of most because I kept seeing the list go down to three players. IE: if we didnt have all 4 players going into the game, I would hit 'CANCEL' and try another match. I was seeing three players so often that I figured players are now manually kicking people out to score an easy win. That's a real
The original post seems ridiculous. Listing all those demigods as overpowered and you leave off Oak as if he's fine. Of all demigods he's the one with the biggest exploits. High armor, great damage, invincibility, and can exploit suicide you in the long run. And to top it off he's a general. Any list that doesnt include Oak as overpowered fails. I can see some slight toning down of Erebus, but Oak is worse.
I realize that we can use click once on the "stats" icon to bring up our stats window. Then we can click on the "minimize" button to get a smaller window we watch all game. But we really should have an game option to start the game with the smaller window enabled. I want that to be available in every game I play and it's annoying to have to re-enable it every time.
I get both Banded Armor and Scalemail to start with and still have enough money left for the +5 vision radius consumable.
I think it should and would like to see others opinion. Lag and action continuity issues effects could be softened by this and its more realistic changing the way the game is played imo for the better.
Heavens, no. If you want to reduce movement speed there are items and powers you can buy.
Every game i seem to play the great majority of torchbearer players ignore the frost form completely. I know i do most of his spells seem not nearly as useful, and it doesnt seem to make much sense to split ur points between them. The game is also new and there is plenty to be experimented with. Just looking to see if anyone has had luck either with the ice form or switching between both.
You are playing against unseasoned Torchbearers
You would be right chromeweasel, and I would have agreed with you, except for what happened to me 2 days ago; A guy got ALL pissy cause he thought our team might lose (although it was really not a huge lead from the opposing team, and a comback could have been possible). So he moved his DG to the back of the map and went AFK (or just watched/pouted) for the entire rest of the game. First, "Ragequiting", no
...Also increasing favor for losing will not lessen the rage quiters, unless we make it the same for winning.
What makes you say that? Right now there is no reason NOT to rage quit. There's practically no award for staying in a game and losing. If you might get 100 points for finishing a game, that's an incentive to hang in there. I'm 100% positive you'll see fewer rage quits if you up the award for losing.
I think this would help mitigate rage quitting. Right now winning gets you from 90-200 favor points. That's fine. But you usually get just 10 points for a loss. It's no wonder that players don't want to stick it out till the end. It makes much more sense to quit and pretend that you didn't lose, because you're not giving anything up. Plus you can start a new game that much sooner, and hopefully get a win with some real favor points. Whatever formula they use for winners should apply t
Well, everyone has a right for opinion however biased it may seem. By any measures, the DS9 Klingons were a spin-off try of TNG which in turn was a Spock turned into Data streams of NX-01 which in turn was a First Contact enhancement over details and historical limits of NCC-1701 which in turn was a Scotty resurection off a Dyson sphere of TNG which in turn -- keep going. But none reached Ocampa faster than Voyager & Maq
I host all games with "favor off" for now. I haven't heard any complaints and have gotten a few props about it. I agree that the system stinks right now, but at least you have the option to run without it. Edit: I just realized the new Pantheon started up again. This makes Favor more important.
Star Trek: Voyager is a good show. Almost as good as the best example of Star Trek, that is, in my opinion, Star Trek: The Next Generation. Star Treck: Voyager DVD, like other Star Treks, is a science fiction show with a heavy component based on drama. In my opinion, the science fiction elements are just the start engine and the spice used to create a developed stage to show the watcher how human behave in certain situations, like betrayal, love, prejudice, q
They could cut the gold award for demigod kills in half. It's already a big penalty to lose 30 seconds of XP, gold, and flag control when your demigod is recovering.
Phenomenal idea.
