Great post! I think you missed one bug though. Queen of Thorns sometimes suffers from the same bug as Torch Bearer in Fire mode. I've chased fleeing enemies with her and seen her start to attack but not actually hit. This happens repeatedly. Either this was fixed since release or it's a lesser know bug.

[quote quoting="post"]I can't help but feel like the upcoming hol nerf is going to drasticly change the pace of demigods as it is a widely used almost necessary item for all classes. Increasing the price and doubling the cooldown to 1 min seem like choices which are going to massivly slow the pace of the game, put more importance on towers, double the strength of heals and shields and decrease the power of dots etc here is why. - More trips to the cryst

[quote who="InfiniteVengeance" reply="2" id="2254728"]For people who can easily aoe the priests they do give a lot of gold (and exp) to the enemy. Ironically you don't WANT your creeps to barely win the wave on wave fights, because if the enemy demigod isn't near your creeps when they die they don't get exp. As such you don't want waves building when they can't really overwhelm the enemy when they get to the tower. This is why no one really likes getting priests *b

I've read many times now from players that are avoiding the Priest upgrade because all it does is feed your opponent gold and XP. Essentially players have overblown the costs of this upgrade and have made buying creep upgrades a bad idea. That's not an accurate assessment of the upgrade. Priests aren't always a good or bad upgrade to get. They just shouldn't be your first priority. When buying upgrades you really need to assess how you are doing against your opponent. Consid

[quote quoting="post"] People, you should start buying Totems of Revelation. It gives a passive +5 vision bonus for 50 freaking gold coins! This passive ability is reason enough to buy it. You can see your enemies slightly before they see you. Plus, if you make a push into their base, you can plant one of these suckers and give your team great line-of-sight for a couple of minutes. Compare, say, Reg to Reg too, or rook to rook. Also, why the additional items other than the base item? Just because they are common? I don't think it is bad info per se, but you should at least include a pure blood vs pure Mard's.

[quote quoting="post"]Hi, UB needs some balance work. This demigod has a complete lack of skill to it. Currently, there are 2 viable builds: 1 - Turn on ooze, charge in guns blazing. 2 - Spit on target, charge in guns blazing. I think that UB is definitely one of the only demigods that can go toe to toe vs all other demigods (maybe only towers rook, unless

That's really all there is to it. Nobody is going to be able to take the lane from you as long as you have that much HP, so yay, the lane is yours." I'll farm this out to the rest of the thread. You are contradicting this when you say that most of your damage comes from autoattacks. [quote quoting="post"]With QoT's patent inability to get a kill on all but the most careless player during the middle and late (possibly early as well) stages of the game, it seems very unlikely that a double QoT matchup will result in a win. Rather than directly confront enemy DGs, the pair could avoid a confrontation and simply be where ever the enemy is not. This can hold things even for a while, and even result in the QoT pair destroying structures and leveling effectively.&nb

Honestly, Yetis and all minions would be fine if they responded appropriately to attack requests. Their only real weakness is that you have to let them decide what to attack on their own. No other fixes will make much sense if you can't tell your minions what to do. If they would accurately attack what you tell them to they would be great. I've seen the QoT Shamblers respond the worst to attack directions and end up not attacking anything at all. This is probably not easy to fix.

[quote who="Kalizaar" reply="15" id="2238137"]Whether it's appropriate to compare Yetis to other summons or not isn't the issue. The issue is that other Generals get a decent amount of use from their summons, whereas almost everyone ignores Sedna's summons completely. Every skill within a DG's arsenal should be viable or it needs to be reworked. Skills are there for a reason. If the skill is so horrible that it's avoided like the plague then it needs to be looked at to make it viable again. O
