That was a very good take on a subversion Marshal! Makes me really hate the Ico's! You ended it really well with not telling us what happened to rain too, it leaves us to make our own speculations on his outcome! Very nice, two thumbs up!

Maybe instead of adding on the actual Troop Module, you were adding on the eye candy module like with the colony module eye piece. I've done that a few times on my colony ships somehow, it was a bit confusing. Don't ask me how, but I managed it!

As far as I've found so far it was just this one game. I figured that it was a dodgey link because other pictures like the Research Academy poped up in place of the auto pilot, along with random fuzzy squares that look like ship textures(?), and the strangest one is just a neon blue square. If I get it again in anouther game I'll be sure to get you a save game and the debug file. Also, in that game the Korx Survey ship got stuck over an anomaly? I saw that posted somewere else, so I did

Running beta version 1.70.003 The picture frame animation for the Autopilot aren't quite right.. probably just a bunged up link judging by what was coming up on the screen, which was random fuzz or a building picture.. I laughed myself silly when this came up! http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f57/Fate_001/toofunny.jpg Score that un aye? I thought it was pretty funny anyway, watching my colony ship with 250million people on it speed towards an amusement center.. "Can I take

Make sure that your not overwellming him with influence either.. When I played that mission I had to be very carefuly not to put my planets too close to his, or to build up my influence techs too much. That way you avoide the potential tripple minus (IIRC) you can get from influence (close borders- neg 1, alarming influence- neg 2). That tripple minus can really hurt relations, so I just consolidated my worlds across the top and side of the map and focused on building my millitary, before headin

The modules that help your ships have a small star fighter symbol next to the weapon type symbols, which easily denotes it as a ship assist module at a glance. They also have "Ship Assist +[X] Attack/Defense Beam/Missile/Mass" in the Module description and have a different thumbnail to the Starbase Weapons/Defense's. Ship Assists Modules are always further down the list than Starbase Weaponry, so you might have just not seen them. If you scroll down then you will find all of the ones that your t

Interesting question David A Lessnau, I'd be interested in that answer as well. It will probably just play the same in making the AI get angry at you like it does now though, I feel. I'm so glad that I pre-ordered now, bring on unique civilizations

Which leads to some nasty surprises like discovering I was not only starting off near the corner, but I was backed up into the corner by the Korath. . . Fun Fun Fun!

We actually ask people at interviews if they like the Simpsons and Monty Python. That sounds like a job interview I could do well at! However, we want to make a game that we like to play, and I'm afraid that we all like the style of the humor. The humor is one of my favorite features of the game, as I said earli

I do not accept that a person can be given an inherritance or any other benefit on the basis of their race. If no other fair method can be found of determining inherritance then it is unfair to the rest of the citizens of a nation to go ahead with it. Many people for whatever reasons fair or unfair, inherrit nothing from their parents, what they have, the have to earn themselves. If a person of a non indiginous background happens to inherrit nothing from their

Native tital reform was bungled as well leading to the desasterous Marbo court case and all the various repercussions of that which have happened over the years. Ugh! Don't get me started on how gay native title act is! It still makes me shudder every time i think about the last Australia Day celebrations, where none other then Gretchin was forced to acknowledge the Native Title claim on PARLIAMENT HOUSE! So unexpected and unnerving...

Um HELLO!!! This Political Correctness crap happens all the time here in the USA. Our traitorous media spouts this crap out all the time. Oh and don't get me started on your ignorant Iraq commit. Oh and I assume your blaming the current government (I assume Federal) for all the wrongs in the world. But Have you ever stopped to consider that these problems go back further than 8 years and that there were not addressed by the previous party that was in power before 2

Toll roads hehehe we recently had a toll road debarcle here in sydney Australia. The tollway company had it in their contract that if they did not get enough patronage, the state government would agree to close public roads to force people to use the tollway. So of course because the tolway was so expensive, not enough people were using it, so the government did infact begin closing public roads. No one could believe it was happening!! anyway, in the end several high l

I could catch yabbies even in places where traps would get none!! Because yabbies get used to traps and simply won't go in them unless their really starving. I mean i could fill an 8 litre tub with yabbies in a day using the string method. I would probably have about 10 string lines out and that would be enough to keep me constantly busy. Wow! I think I'm gona have to try it your way if ever I get a chance to go out and do it again Mystik! Get a good old

Ah true as, Vic not SA, I should have known better! I know a guy there, Josh in year 10 (dunno which school) has a job as a shelf stacker somewhere. Piece of string aye? nice, that'd work, but then you can't get nearly as many as easily and get a nice feed for brekki in the morning! Well you can but it'd take way longer.. still all good but! Ah, the things that we used to be able to do down here, now you have to live out on a Farm somewhere for your parents to let you do that stuff, my little br

I grew up in a country town (Mildura), had my own airifle illegal now, which was endless fun! I also built my own cubby house and eventually caught a poisonous copperhead snake in there and kept it as a pet! If i wasn't doing that, i was off playing in the irrigation channels, stealing fruit, fishing and catching yabbies and lizards. Ah freedom, it is such a precious thing and it has been pissed away in this country by the endless march of the safety brigade. <br/

but anyway, i think it is a very potent quote to be considered in todays world. Here in Australia we are suffocating under the sheer volume of laws relating to safety, i'm sure it will soon be compulsory to wear pillows all over your body to protect from injury,,, every time some idiot gets killed, and the family goes on tv and cries and all that shxt and demand somthing be done, the government caves in every time and makes even more new stupid safety laws, i am totall
