That's a pritty good idea, i've always found that in my game's i can spend anywere from a second to half an hour on a turn (not including designing new ships), most of which is finding out who's building what and changing it all, and were there going. The Starport Governor is helpful, but not precise anough. Sometimes you have a planet so crap that you dont want it to be building any ship, because the war will be over before it is built, but when you change all the "Nothing"'s to "somthing" afte

Whenever i play on a galaxy with planest Common or Abundant i get hardly any 700% bonus's, maybe one manufacturing and one research on the whole map if its medium, and more if its large huge or gigantic, it all depends on how many planets you have on how large a map. Atleast thats what I've found anyway
