It should give you a "recommended" amount when you go to change it. This is their recommended minimum . As an example, on my laptop (which also has an ATI video card - though its a X600 while yours is an X300), the recommended amount is 765MB, but I have it set to 2048MB.

Kriznak, It's better if you start your own post about the problem you are having describing what happens and when. More people will read it that way and be able to help you. Also post the contents of your debug.err file into your post after you describe the problem. This file has specific information that could help us track down the problem. The debug.err file can be opened with notepad, and it is located here: "Documents\My Games\PolMachine2008\debug.err"<

Are you using the retail disc to install the game? Or are you using Impulse? If you are not using Impulse, try it and see if you can get the game to install. You can get Impulse at this site . Hrmm, I'd try un-installing the game within Impulse, restarting your computer, and then re-installing the game with Impulse. Let us know if that does anything for ya.
