I also have a bug concerning the invasion of planets. When I do, the planet invasion screen pops up and I can't hit the Start button. If I hit the auto-resolve button the game crash. My enemy also have the annoying fighters on their planet - but I cleared them out first.
Seldum
hehe I just looked at the power window and saw this - made me laugh. I don't know if it's a known bug or not. I'm YOR btw.
Ahh I thought this was only happening to me - The AI hit my ships way better than I hit theirs - and I have also put on the targeting tech to try to compensate to no vail.
I have played the latest beta (4 i think) for quite a bit of time now and loving it, but some questions/observations pop up that I would like to answer/share with u guys to hear what u think/know about it: 1) Building starbases - Am I the only one finding it increasingly tedious to upgrade starbases 1-2 moduls a turn per starbase? I often have 2-4 starbases for 1-2 planets, and each turn I have to upgrade like 10-15 modules on my current immense game. I have begun to sh
I feel that being able to pick multiple ideology path's is cheesy - but I do it myself in my current game [e digicons][/e] Likewise, I also think it's to easy to max out the ideology trees.
I love seeing immense battles. Especially with me on the defense. I usually play the Star Wars mod requiem and I only play the empire against rebel AI's. I just love to see the Star Destroyers smash rebel scum. It's always fun to see the AI beeline my starbases.... never gets old. I hate super weapons though. In one game on a huge map, I build on sector with superweapons only. They hammered the AI so
Personally I don't think the game needs more races - I don't see how that contributes to a better game. I would like a single player campaign, more ship abilities (which would make you specialize even more), and more tech. The amount of ships currently is ok for me. I would like more buildings with unique abilities and more customization of them. Better grafics is also very high on the list, and specially the details of the cap s
Just build cultural buildings close to the enemy to push your own culture out there. Nice tip Darksxx.
Well, basicially I would just like to say thanks to Ironclad Games for the continuation of the Sin's series. Rebellion is one of the most awesome games I have played in a long time. Even if you don't read it, I still wanted to show my appriciation. I love the fact that the game runs so smooth, is so easy to manage and still fun to play, even if some of the space battles often lacks a bit of strategy to them. I got bored with the original s
Is there a star wars mod avaliable for download?
First off, sorry for the odd title, but in many ways it describes my experience with the game since this is essential what happened with the game on my computer. I bought the game because I’m a sucker for Space games and having played Galactic Civilizations I and II, I recently installed the game with high expectations. Everything works perfect, no problems on the technical sid
Im also new, even though I have played a couple of big maps against normal AI's. Pirates is never a real problem to me. I build a capital ship and a handfull of the small frigates and they take care of the problem. For the moment I play tech as they are easier to "understand" as theire buildings is a bit more rezognizeble to a n00b like me. I always start with, building the capital ship base, and start building the free capital ship straight away. This is my main prior
