It can be a serious disruption to have an employee leave before project completion, but I feel they still deserve mention if they left on good terms. Regarding titles, this is something we tried to avoid in the credits. In a smaller studio we all wear many hats - it would feel forced or even humerous to slap titles on everyone.

How about the virtual good known as money - it has no 'true' value in its cotton fibres. If I were to borrow a $100.00 bill and create a perfect counterfeit then return your bill, it doesn't cost you a thing, yet I recieve the full benefit of the bill. Now lets say I couldn't obtain the bill legitmately anyway, so everything should be cool...er...right?

Pretend that there was a portable scanning/storage device that would allow you to walk into any store and swipe at any digital product on the shelf to 'copy' its contents in a short period of time. Now lets assume that the internet does not exist, however anyone with a personal computer could easily obtain such a device at virtually no cost. The problem is many people, including myself, make no distinction between stealing a ditigal product and a physical product. In either case, you are taking something without consent. In my opinion, the penalty for the theft of digital product should be slightly less than that of physical product - but that difference should only account for the logistics and packaging required to shelf the product.

This one is going to be difficult to answer because the player has a lot of control over the game length from the option menus, play style, # players, maps, pauses, etc.
