Facial hair during crunch time for sure [e digicons][/e] Can't say anyone falls in the other category here though.

It can be a serious disruption to have an employee leave before project completion, but I feel they still deserve mention if they left on good terms. Regarding titles, this is something we tried to avoid in the credits. In a smaller studio we all wear many hats - it would feel forced or even humerous to slap titles on everyone.
thanks guys, appreciate it :)
---Warning: Developer Rant. The following is not targeted directly at anyone here, but rather a general public attitude that some individuals hold--- Not all entertainment industries, companies, and practices are the same. I am tired of people ignorantly looking at any business as 'the man' - some faceless corporate behometh ready to squash anyone in sight. Guess what? Ironclad is a corporation....ahhhhh run for your lives! Come on. We are just regular people with nam
It was all an evil joke. Look at those suckers..ahh ha ha ha :P
A nice thought. Thanks for sharing :)
you'll not get anything significant out of me on the legals though, I have no real depth of knowledge of the US system, only the outlines, and dont pretend otherwise.
It doesn't take a law degree to understand right from wrong (:(
How about the virtual good known as money - it has no 'true' value in its cotton fibres. If I were to borrow a $100.00 bill and create a perfect counterfeit then return your bill, it doesn't cost you a thing, yet I recieve the full benefit of the bill. Now lets say I couldn't obtain the bill legitmately anyway, so everything should be cool...er...right?
Pretend that there was a portable scanning/storage device that would allow you to walk into any store and swipe at any digital product on the shelf to 'copy' its contents in a short period of time. Now lets assume that the internet does not exist, however anyone with a personal computer could easily obtain such a device at virtually no cost. If the use of this device was not considered illegal, why on earth would any immoral person purchase any digital
The problem is many people, including myself, make no distinction between stealing a ditigal product and a physical product. In either case, you are taking something without consent. In my opinion, the penalty for the theft of digital product should be slightly less than that of physical product - but that difference should only account for the logistics and packaging required to shelf the product.
Glad I could help Koljan44. Have fun sinning!
Hey Klash, Thanks for dropping in! You never know, those peaceful/humanitarian options may very well make their way into a future game.
I am not going to say yes, but there certainly is sufficient backstory to support a novel ;)
The whole 'massive fleets of spaceships shooting at each other around dozens of hospitable planets' part doesn't really make sense to me. If we were to redo it, I think we may need to rethink this a bit.
Sounds pretty difficult, and there could potentially be some false positives, but overall it could mean really good things for developers and in return legit gamers if it can be executed properly.
All of Ironclad!
Yes, the actual shape has changed on some of the models. Wherever the mesh has changed the texture has changed as well.
Venym , no one needs a lesson in business 101. There is nothing shameful in making money doing what you love. Please quit raining on our parade. We are very excited to release this patch for our community. We didn't have to release this much free content this late after release. I am sorry you aren't excited
Glad you have everything straightened out :) Thanks for your support!
This one is going to be difficult to answer because the player has a lot of control over the game length from the option menus, play style, # players, maps, pauses, etc.
Hehe..patching this late is a good thing :)
Just got my copy :P Nice Danman!
To be able to play without this stupid black screen error on launch.
Could you give us more details on this Dreyfuss - I havent heard of an error like this yet.
