You seem to have a general mistrust of corporations, and in a way I can't blame you. However, there are good companies out there that do want to make a difference. It is a true shame you can't recognize a friend when you are surrounded by enemies. Your so busy swinging we're all bound to get hit.[e digicons]v_v[/e]

How about the 'Pause' button pauses the game :P Great list. #10 is a tricky one from a developers perspective - it gamers want serious changes this one isn't always realistic, but of course, we would do our best :)

"It is at this juncture that I realize the flaw with a "Gamers Bill of Rights" written by the anyone in game selling industry. They will always be more concerned with producers rights, than consumer rights." If our customers are happier than we should be too - it is good for business. I don't understand this false barrier you are creating. Its not a matter of gamer vs publisher/developer, its about improving the industry for everyone. Even if you felt there was something missing in th

Recycling and reusing play a large part of my life and I encourage both these wholeheartedy. The major difference with digital commodities is the original buyer maintain full benefit for the product AFTER he/she has parted with it. Being a liscense that it is, our customer is really selling our property. Customer becomes Competitor, and we end paying to support the product. It wouldnt be a problem if the original installed/copied game could magically disappear after sale. The&n

Venym - if everyone spoke as you do, I would lose complete faith in the industry and quit my job. Fortunately you are a rare ungrateful parasite among a loyal community of gamers that want to live in the PC gaming golden years. Please take your refund back to the bank or the person who paid you to whine here after every public release. If its ok with you I have an expansion and massive free update to work on [e digicons];P[/e]
an hour
Sorry, this is not fast food development. There are many things on the list - some of which are already addressed and others that will need to wait. We do need to keep the machine moving. If we spent every day working on forum suggestions, we would quickly run out of resources and there would be no more patches OR new games. We do our best, but our primary mission is not to address every minute issue - it is to work on major patches and new games tha

Hehe...you are very welcome Infindel. [e digicons]|-)[/e] I know how you feel every time someone steals my game. I am glad we were able to help you out. Yes, for the record Blair did take my title by a few feet, but I am fine with it, since I AM the bean bag olympics founder [e digicons];P[/e]

Blair, Josie and I were in a circle signing the last of the entrenchment posters. The crowd was getting pretty tight around us and when Stardock came with the free Sins Games it was complete chaos. Hands were grabbing everywhere. The games were 'tossed' into the crowd. People were tackling each other as the boxes bounced around over their heads like pinballs. There were nearly 10 hands on the box that landed beside me - even though one guy had it close

Whoa, this kind of came from left field? I just came back from PAX and it is pretty dispointing to read this kind of negativity. The people we've been speaking with all weekend were thrilled at idea of receiving new Sins content without having waiting for another 2+ years of development and full expansion price. All we did was divide our development schedule and expansion price into three micro expansions. This is a very good thing for Sins fans. You get the sam

Hello! Thanks for everyone who came to visit us at the Stardock booth at PAX 2008. I am so exhausted from the the last 3 days I actually forgot how to post. We had an amazing time - it was wonderful to meet many of you face to face. For those that couldn't make it, you'll be hearing the highlights shortly. We also have some awesome pictures of the set-up, our Advent model (extremely popular at the show), and some surprise guest appearances...sleeepy time.
