Ah, the Nexus dock skin is Nx-Lawn by John T.Folden. It comes included with Winstep Nexus, and, if you turn on the animate background effect in Nexus, the grass moves like if its being blown by the wind.

Oh, and in the next release (v11.4, private beta already available to registered Winstep users via the Winstep forums) you can combine all those nice unique mouse over effects you see on the video with the magnify effect to get the best of both worlds.

As DrJBHL pointed out, Nexus Ultimate has something called a Shelf (tabbed dock). What distinguishes the Shelf from other tabbed docks is that, besides tabs to store shortcuts to files, it also features 'special tabs'. I'm not, which is why I didn't know the answer to that question. But Winstep users who don't have a subscription at Wincustomize and who download Winstep themes from here are - which is why I asked.

Well, Nexus is compatible with skins for ObjectDock v1.x skins (as well as most other docks). Not sure about v2.x skins, though. As for only native Winstep skins appearing in the themes tab, that's because only native Winstep themes have bitmaps for the Shelf (tabbed dock) so only those are listed when the default 'Winstep Themes' filter is selected.
