Walf, Launch Impulse and try again, we've generated a new serial number for your copy of Dread Lords, it should work now.
Try launching Impulse and you should see an Icon for AP in the My Games Tab, install it and it should work for you now.
You might want to pass this on to IronClad as they control the ICO site, [email protected]
Glad to hear that you've solved your issue, if you have any further trouble you can always contact support at [email protected]
Have you contacted us yet? Which game are you asking about Demigod?
Try uninstalling Impulse, reboot your PC, then re-install. Sometimes it can get stuck like this. If this doesn't help, please enter a support ticket at [email protected]
Hi emailsucks, Support won't be getting to your Ticket until monday, but one thing I noticed is your running Webroot Spysweeper, that can cause an untold amount of issues, from skins not loading, or partially loading, to some apps not responding at all. We recomend that all 'exttra' security apps be shut down as a troubleshooting step. Try running with just a good Antivirus, but even then don't let the AV install any extra functions, like spyware.
Yes, that is the most current released version.
Try downloading the DirectX Redistributable from Microsoft.
Please send an e-mail to [email protected] and we can help you.

This is an old file that DesktopX used to control the SysTray and Icons minimized to the TaskBar. You shouldn't need it for these games and should be able to safely delete it.
Try uninstalling WB, first look in Windows Control Panel/Add-Remove, If you don't see WindowBlinds listed there, then uninstall via Stardock Central. Then check for any WindowBlinds Registry Keys that may have been left over. If you find any of the following, delete them; HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\WindowBlinds HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\WindowBlinds HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\ObjectDesktop\WindowBlinds Reboot your PC, and r
The message your getting means that Impulse is having trouble connecting to our servers. This can be caused by extra 'security' apps, like SpyBot, AdAware and the like. Even some anti-virus applications can have their own 'spybot' functions, and Firewall settings. Check your system (SysTray) for any of these 'watcher' type programs and try to turn them off, then launch Impulse, and watch the bottom left of the window, when it is done connecting, you won't see any
All mini-dump errors are to be sent to IronClad directly at [email protected] Include the dump file that gets created. also, you should search the Forum before posting as this has already been address.
I wager that the Firewall is not helping, also check for any 'extra' security apps running in the background.
Send the Mini-dump files to [email protected] IronClad has asked us to direct these type of errors to them.
