Hey. I posted this in the Beta 3 topic but is there anyway (or will there be a way) to disable that "movie" when you start a game (not the company logos, the thing where it zooms in to one of your ships) so that it just shows it further zoomed out and it just stays there (I think it is what is causing lag in my games because it speeds up as I play unless I zoom in too far). Thx.

When is SC2 set for now? The devs are always saying "It'll be done when its done" so I don't think any predicted quarter release date will be right for awhile. I mean once they get around to giving a release date.

With the new Steam beta update (the community one) people can create / join groups. Today I decided to create a group for SoaSE fans. Its a public group so feel free to join (assuming you have steam)! If the group ever gets big (I suspect it might after the game's release) I'm going to be looking for officers (the longer your a member the more likely that you'll be an officer...or you could just request to be one). So if you have steam and have this beta (you can get it by going to settings) fee

Hey yall. Just wanted to see if I could use the boards with my wii. It is slower than a real keyboard but atleast it works (sister is on compy). Lets see if smilys work
The only slow part for me is in the beginning (prolly because of that zoom in movie, its also not just the beginning of a game, but the beginning of a loaded save too) and sometimes when I zoom in really close and theres lots of stuff going on. I'm sure the game NEVER runs as fast as Multi's tho (lol wish I had those specs)
Its not his fault, I blame EA, they are one of two things, perfectionists or money hoarders. Sometimes they are both. Agreed. With his Sims series they're money hoarders because...well its pretty self explanatory.
