Or raw production bonuses. The tech for precursors can make for excellent manufacturing capitals if you have no planets with extreme population levels possible. They cap out around +30, which is somewhat mitigated by the horrendous 50% food reduction, but for sides that have significant percent bonuses, that can become a relatively minor detraction.

Your raw production is what the manufacturing capital multiplies. You gain the most from it by putting it on the highest raw production planet that you're using for manufacturing. He's saying being a ghost world or something is irrelevant because those bonuses are additive, not multiplicative. Your homeworld is actually a very good place for these types of buildings unless you have absolutely fantastic planets. It gets both a p
True, it's all his fault. I'd have quit modding entirely before I did any of the crazy stuff, and they all started with a "what about this" that got my diseased brain going on six week sleep deprivation cycles.
That too, but that one was easy. I was already a crazy bastard and designed the concept for tribble infestations spreading by trade.
No WA, that's not how you'd do it. You'd create an invisible research that only the AI could do, by virtue of being unclickable for the player. The invisible research would do that SetFaction thingy, and you'd make a duplicate of the carrier and lock one to the default loyalist, and one to the rebel. Then when the AI changes it's faction, it's locked out of the carrier.
That should be directed at me. The answer would be because I'm an asshole and I enjoy imagining the screams of frustration. It also spreads via trade vessels.
Ps, both of you sound pretty insecure about gay people. There's no enforced normalisation - just treating people in a somewhat reasonable way and staying out of their lives.
I feel very secure, just cranky. One of the many current issues is that a queer couple can wander from cake shop to cake shop, waiting till one refuses to cater their wedding, and then sue them for discrimination. Win or lose, they're stil
We've long since wiped our ass with the Constitution on free speech. Hate crimes are essentially normal crimes just like any other, where the prosecution goes through your history, determines you to have acted because of racism based on things you said, and then gives you that extra time for those words. If you shoot up a women's strip club, whether you can be shown to have said misogynist things or not will impact the severity of your punishment. Be
He can faction lock the carrier out of the AI by switching factions with research in game. Once the AI uses it, no more carriers.
Why oh why did I bother with spoiler tags...
In the original, there is no "queen" identified. There is a mothership coordinating them, and they spread a virus out that takes down the shields. They then detonate the mothership. The fighters are seen still zipping around, even after the city sized ship has been destroyed, at this point they're blowing up ships all over the world, but they're blowing them up, not watching them fa
Now I'm going to actually call you an idiot, instead of saying your uninformed opinion was ignorant. In no rational world is it a gas can manufacturers fault if someone decides to prune their worthless genes from the pool by pouring gasoline on an open flame. I am not responsible for your actions, and neither is a gas can manufacturer. There are labels galore on highly flammable materials warning to keep them away from open flames, but gasoline cans shouldn't even ne
It was brilliant cgi, and brain dead retard writing.
Queen dies, everyone falls out of the sky, queen dies before, everyone doesn't fall out of the sky. Aliens comatose in the lab after their queen died, but other aliens fought for ten years instead. The premise of the movie, kill the queen and take out the whole fleet, was absurdly poor.
It makes the new Star Wars look like good writing. It was still fun though, so long as you can turn you
I myself am ignorant on plenty of issues. I'd never presume to debate quantum mechanics with a physicist, panel wiring with an electrician, or pipe configuration with a plumber. I'm not an expert on how shit moves through pipes, and if I said something silly, like pipes rattle because of temperature changes(I learned it was caused by a lack of air buffers a couple years back), I'd appreciate someone pointing out that I was wrong, not get pissy because they labeled my i
You want Tort reform? You didn't say that but it's the impression I get. That's usually the sign of someone who is part of the 1% or a Republican.
Tort reform doesn't help rich people, that's sheer ignorance. Tort reform hurts lawyers, which comprise a vast quantity of the US population, far above any other country, because of how utterly fucked our legal system is. Loser pay is a commonly desired tort reform, and would en

You know, your actual problem, that whole performance thing, would be solved by reducing fighter counts and increasing their stats to preserve overall power.
Sounds like you have a hole in your strategy if you can't stay even with trading off. You don't really need to exploit the AI to pull way ahead if you build your planets well.
"Amazing" is a product of pixel density versus viewing distance. If you buy a 64 inch 4k tv and sit it two feet away from you, it will just be four 32 inch 1080p monitors, fidelity wise. If you buy a 32 inch 4k monitor, it would instead have four times the resolution and you'd have "amazing" clarity. If you want a finer picture, you simply need a higher density display. I'm typing this on a 27 inch2560x1440 Acer K272HUL, it's an IPS, and it
In your description, you mentioned trading technology not once. If this is accurate to your course of actions, then your problem is right there. To play with tech brokering on, you have to trade constantly to keep up because the AI will trade each other's research around and one or two of them will pull massively ahead of you on that alone if you don't. Even with just tech trading on, frequently trading your research for others is mandatory to keep u
Don't believe there is one, but if there is it's in gameplay.constants.
Dude, that is literally the last question that was asked and answered...
Yes. There are work-arounds though via ability spawned titans.
Odds are he's not even doing something where he'd be auto-correcting like that. Only someone like a photographer would routinely have such issues on account of knowing to start with what everything was supposed to look color wise. It probably is the PWM. I've got a 2560x1440 Acer K272HUL that I picked up for under three that has no PWM dimming and it's much more comfortable to look at than the PWM dimmed laptop screen next to it, despite the
You just need a batch file. For GameInfo, it goes like so: for %%a in (*.entity) do ConvertData_Rebellion entity %%a %%a txt Make a new text file, copy this line into it, change the file type to .bat, and double click in a folder that contains ConvertData_Rebellion.exe and the offending entity files. If you're really lazy, you can just get the <a href="http://www.moddb.com/mods/sacrifice-of-an
Are you judging the actual battle numbers here, or are those stats you gave based on what the fleet was comprised of on main map? If they had a few sets of fighters not included in those numbers, it's a pretty major shift in balance from what you're expecting. Mass drivers can be horribly inaccurate depending on research/modules, and because they had smaller ships you could also be losing pretty heavy amounts of damage to overkill by comparison to them. &n
