Hmm, thinking about dropping the V8 for full liquid cooling. What would a good case be for a water cooled rig? Space is good since I would like to keep everything I can inside the case. I think I may have to run 2 loops too.

Argh, so hard to decide. I think the CM ATCS 840 would be a seems to be a good choice, as does the Antec 1200. 3DGameman's review of the 840: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8_1cQkYTO4 3DGameman's review of the 1200: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0j3MNAQLuIQ

[quote who="starkers" reply="3" id="2318920"] I have an Achilles in black and find it to be a solid, reliable performer with plenty of room for expansion... larger graphics cards (8800GT/9800GT, etc) fit with 3.5cm spare between it and the HDD's. It has 120mm side and top fans, a 400mm rear fan so cooling/ventilation is good.... it is also quiet. The case doesn't come with dust filters on the fans, but I fitted some for about $20.00, bringing the cost of my case to

Alright, Which case should I get: the Lian Li PC-P80, the Thermaltake Xaser VI, the Thermaltake Spedo Advanced Package, the Antec 1200, the Coolermaster ATCS 840 or the Coolermaster HAF 932? Looking for major cooling, plenty of space and some amount of quietness. Alternate suggestions welcome.

Hmm, with the CM ATCS 840 would watercooling really be needed for the GPUs (With optional fans)? What about the Lian-Li PC P80? The Antec 1200?

In the process of checking out Lian-Li. Would the FT-01 be big enough for 2 GTX 295s + water cooling with the cpu cooler? Edit: which Lian Li case should I look at? Perhaps the Armorsuit PC-P80?

My system would be in the $4000-$5000 range, in USD. I might consider a SSD, but the Velocirapters are plenty fast and cheaper than SSDs of an equal size.

Yeah, looking at Windows 7 64 bit. The Quattro is 80-Plus Bronze, and thus quite efficent for its power. Jafo, how do you like it? I read that review and it does sound like a nit pick.

There's this new thing called overclocking. Heard of it? Sheesh guys, Jafo wins, period. Nice rig Elixir. What case?
