That doesn't make them right, or you right by extension. Even if schools are not part of the public square, the government is limited in many ways that the average citizen is not. The government cannnot violate the Constitution under any circumstances, regardless. The Constitution was made to restrain the government, not people. Leauki, the Founding Fathers would never have written a Constitution that "forced" the government to outlaw prayer in schools. The plain text suggests the exact opposite. There is no right to demonstrate your sport of choice. :CONGRAT: I am not arguing that people can't limit others with rules on their own property. However, Congress did pass a law against professing religions in the classroom. That is what I'm arguing against. And I am allowed to profess my religion anywhere. Hey Sole Soul, thanks for the *.zip link for all of us whiners. You get karma for that! I have to say though, this *.zip versus *.rar debate is rather silly, at least for this particular example. By placing it in an *.rar archive, you've limited its usefulness, because it is guaranteed that someone won't be able to open it - and it was done for a whopping 1.2 MB. I have to ask, is it really worth it?
