For what it's worth, I like Dell simply because you can go to their website and get a "made to order" machine. You can do this with a Mac too, but they're too pricey for me. Price is the only real reason I won't be buying a Mac anytime soon. Dell's are a bit pricey, too, but because you can pick and choose the hardware/software included, you tend not to get all the "out-of-the-box" pre-installed crap...if you ask for it to not be included, that is! But I definitely understand
Will the start menu differ with Vista Dark?
Nope. Just menus, buttons, and a few other miscellaneous things. Personally, I think the dark ss is a bit more sleek. Screeny coming soon... [e digicons]:)[/e]

Jim, check your e-mail. Been feverishly working on XP Light. All I have left with that is to tweak the start menu and draw the toolbar icons. Those icons are my favorite part. [e digicons]x_x[/e]
I use it on a Vista x64 machine as well. It has not been designed/tested in this environment and as such is not officially supported.
Then SD did a pretty good job building the program if it's working perfectly w/o testing!
so... is it ready yet?? gimme gimme..
Vista light substyle is 99% done. I just need to go through and double check some things... [e digicons];)[/e] That probably means that the XP light substyle is about 90%. Dark substyles to follow. Overall progress is probably around 80% complete! Work's been absolutely killer. I think I can get this all done within the next couple of weeks.[e digicons]\o/[/e]

I saw this article: Eco-friendly designers have come up with this bizarre green gadget – a washing machine that uses water left after a wash to flush the toilet. Let's just hope it keeps the flow straight... That'd be a mighty unfortunate thing, especially for the "whites" wash. [e digicons];P[/e] [e digicons]o_O[/e]
