You need to be using Impulse to download any and all Stardock software. Stardock Central will work too, but Impulse is the official download platform for all things Stardock. I would get a hold of tech support about your paid version issue, then be sure that any downloads or updates are done through Impulse. You can find Impulse here: http://www.impulsedriven.com/
