The problem with saying "this is a site" is that many forums are shared between all sites-Elemental, GC2, Sins, Wincustomize, Impulse, JoeUser, etc. Mumblefratz did quite a lot of work in figuring out the forum structure, but since then Elemental was added, and to be honest it's more than anyone would ever want to know anyway.

Find your prefs.ini in the appropriate GC2 folder in \My Documents\My Games and edit the resolution to your desktop resolution (DisplayWidth and DisplayHeight). You may also consider changing Fullscreen to 0, for windowed mode. For earlier versions of DL, the prefs.ini may be in the root GC2 directory (\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2 by default).

Heretic! Blasphemy! As much as I enjoy GC2, there are some flaws in it I wouldn't mind seeing addressed in GC3 (which is practically a certainty at this point, so your request is kind of moot). Except for the fact that I actually played GC2 before GC1, I would have said the same thing about GC1.
