Bill Gates announced that Microsoft is partnering with the New York Times to develop a new prototype application called "Times Reader". Yes, of course it's a sever error: hence the words "server error". Didn't need a group of professors to figure that one out. Anyway, Lets try this again since you didn't answer my previous question. What happens if you delete your cookies (specifically any stardock.com cookie) in your browser and relogon to the website, does the error still occur? I ask this beca
dPhilPott, I have tried to reproduce this problem but have not been able to. Just out of curiousity if you delete your cookies (specifically any stardock.com cookie) in your browser and relogon to the wesbite does the error still occur?
Well, we identified the bug. Should be fixed later this afternoon.
Curious. Are you trying to download the full game or just an update? Also, what server are you using when downloading? Also, what error messages are you getting?
Just wondering if anyone has noticed a new feature we put in a few days ago. On the gallery box in the left column (when viewing the home page or the galleries) has a little wrench icon in the title. If you click on the wrench you will get a full list of all the libraries and you can select which libraries you would like to be listed in the Gallery box. If you haven't spotted it yet, go check it out now! :D
Thanks for notifying us of this problem. It has been corrected and you should be able to download it now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hopefully we have the logon issues fixed now. Fingers crossed!
We are still working on the logon issues. We tried a new method last night but apparently that didn't work. Hopefully we will have this fixed later today.

Well, looks like one of our tables in our database was deteriorating. That appears to be the cause of many of the SQL errors. I have repaired that table and things are running a bit smoother. But if you still encounter any errors please report them here. Thanks.
Well, the double post was due to a database glitch but we did update the forum code today. I'm looking into the issues posted above. But if anyone receives any errors please post the errros here so we can get them fixed.

Hmm, you shouldn't be able to use special characters. Do you remember which page you created your account on? But to remedy the problem you will need to change your nickname and remove the special characters. Click on the My Account button above, go to the Personal Information Section to change your nickname.
