Boldhagel - You should be all set now. Masdus - You should be all set now. SveNitor, Tuominen, Saarud - Unfortunately Paradox only printed one of the serial numbers. The Game serial number was not printed. Please visit https://www.galciv2.com/paradox/ to have a new serial number generated for you. Gaute65 - Looks like you alre

Bit confused. Played a game and expected to get asked if I wanted to upload to the metaverse as per GC1...but it didnt happen. Do I have to start the whole game by clicking on the metaverse button at the start rather than just playing the game? Yes. This is so that all Metaverse games are played with the same mods (custom mods are not a
SirGreatNose, I just checked your account and you are already registered. If you visit the registration page your Serial Number should already be filled in and download links available. Supreme Shogun, I suspect you have multiple accounts but there are multiple records in our database with your name but none of the other day is similar enough where I can tell if any of those accounts belong to you. Please send me an email with your Serial Number and any e
Looks like you have already purchased the game with tokens since you posted. Actually, looks like you purchased two copies. If that was accidently please contact [email protected] and let them know that and they can fix your account. Anyway, not that you have purchased it you should be able to see the game as being downloadable in Stardock Central.
Stamforth, I suspect the Launcher failed to update your serial. Do you have Stardock Central installed? If so, start it up. It should automatically fetch your serial number from our Db and update it. Verify this by going into the registration dialog and checking the serial number that is registerd for GalCiv2. If its blank please update your serial there and try again. M.B.M. I believe the new update has a fix for that. The update is not
Veloxi wrote: Hey, question (and I apologize if this was covered elsewhere), but I pre-ordered the game at EB, and yet they seemed to have received the normal version rather than the collector's one. I'll still be able to get the collector's edition stuff with my serial number and what not? Thanks in advance. Veloxi, yes, you will be ab
When I request my serials I get an email but the serial for my WindowBlinds and GalCiv2 are identical. Entering the GalCiv code in the link above gets me this serial is not associated with this account. And yes my email addee is the same as the one I purchased with. Can you please forward that email to [email protected] so that I can look at
Kulgan, Please email me the serial number you are trying to register so I can find out what the problem is. ([email protected]) And if you will, please title the email as "GC2: Registration Failed" so I can spot it easier.
The developers are looking into the Cheat Code issue. At this time I haven't heard if they have found the problem yet.
Stamforth95 wrote: I had the same problem. I got the game through TGN tokens, if that helps. Looks like the game is trying to use your TotalGaming serial number. Please update your Serial number with the GalCiv II serial number that you received.
Lordtheron wrote: I cannot get to the CE stuff either. I'm very positive my account is the right one as I only have one account. Still when I try to register it tells me that the serial number doesn't belong to this account. Again, I do not see any product registration under this account. Let me rephrase things a bit , for
Sveltine wrote: ...I've tried to do what is stated above but I still am unable to download the extras. I get error 3 and 12 on the registration screen no matter what order I put my numbers. I can play GalCiv2 but I don't think I have the goodies... Sveltine, looking at your account you do not have any registration for
Corban wrote: I ordered the CD version of GC2. I take it I probably should not use the temporary key e-mailed to me to create an empire, and instead wait for the CD to arrive in the mail. You should be fine in using your temporary serial number (keeps fingers crossed). .
Doctor J wrote: What is the "Galactic Map" showing me? The Metaverse Map is a representation of the Top 10 Empires. Each shaded region represents an empire and the territory in space in which they have conquered. The map is only generated once a day.
Bitobah wrote: Alright, I preoredered a long time ago, like last year. I am able to download and play the game, but when I try to get the CE, it won't let me in. I have tried all of the strategies above, and no luck. Even more strange, when I ask for my serial number, it comes up with a different number in every e-mail that they send me! So I have like 5 different numbe
Ok, I just found the bug in my validation code. You should be able to see the GC2 Theme now. Sorry about that.
Our temporary serials only give access to the BonusPack. Sorry, had a small bug in the validation code. Your serial will now give you access to the Theme as well.
To download the additional Collectors Editions Goodies go to: https://www.galciv2.com/CollectorsEdition/ Those who have purchased from Stardock can use their Serial number to get the goodies.
Hmm, sounds like your XML data might be out of date. Try refreshing it by going to: Tools -> Settings Select Internet and click on the "Refresh XML Data" button. After your XML data has been refreshed then try to download and install again.
Also, checking my on-line bank statement, no charge had been recorded there either. Anthony, you should have received a receipt in your browser, the exact same information that would have been sent in email. At a guess I would suspect that your order did not go through. You should email sales, sales@st
Except for when I finished a metaverse game, when trying to post the score, I'm told "Your serial number does not match that of the metaverse server." Noxin, it appears that you had started the game with your TotalGaming Serial number. And then later updated to your GalCiv2 serial. Because of this conflict is why you received the
You will need to logon with your Stardock.net Account. The same account you used to post this message. Once you have logged in you will then see your character(s) to use in the game.
Mystic, I have no idea what happend in regards to this. Empire ID 54, Pirates Of The Forgotton Blue (http://metaverse.galciv2.com/index.aspx?g=empire&id=54), belongs to another user (Soulfire777). You already have an empire, "Player2Player" http://metaverse.galciv2.com/index.aspx?g=empire&id=53, so you should be all set. I don't think there is anything I can do here.
Where are you registering at? Are you using Stardock Central? Are you using the Registration page on the website (https://www.galciv2.com/registration.aspx) ? And what is the full error you are receiving? Note: Also, make sure you are using the Serial Number and not the Order Number. Also you need to use the same email address in which you used to purchase the game.
Keep in mind... Any Metaverse game played will Cheat codes will not be counted towards your Metaverse score.
