Even though you think you are placing more than 1 vote the system only takes the first one and rejects all the others. Anyway, if you are experiencing the problem with the poll not updating try deleting all your wincustomize cookies. Chances are there is more than one and that is the cause of the problem. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powered by Skin

Lasthrsman, Try this. Close all browsers, IE and the WinCustomize SkinBrowser. Do a file search on *wincustomize*.txt You should find file names like [username]@www.wincustomize[1].txt These are your wincustomize cookies. Delete them. Then open IE, go to WinCustomize and Login. Then at this point the WinCustomize Browser should work.

Yes, some server issues were causing problems with cross referencing. The problem has been fixed. If you are not currently a User Level 4 (check your account profile) then you may need to either re-cross reference or simply logoff and then log back on again.

Cannot duplicate the problem. But maybe some of the other fixes I have done may have corrected the problem. Let me know if its still producing that problem.

os016, most likely you are using a separate account on wincustomize than which you purchased your subscription with. Be sure to go to "edit account" and cross reference your two accounts together.

Absolutely! Thanks to all those who have purchased WinCustomize Subscriptions. With the revenue of the subscriptions we were finally able to add a new server to WinCustomize which was installed and put into production today. The new server has significantly improved performance of the site. Enjoy!

Hopefully this should be fixed now. To my knowledge this bug was only occuring when you attempted to downlad an item that was in your search section. Some data was missing in the search results which has now been corrected. New searches from this point on should work properly.

OMG, don't format because you are having problems with one little App. (BTW, you should have sent an email, I might have been able to help sooner). Lets work on one problem at a time. Pick one, and give me the complete details on the error. Such as what it is that you are doing, what you are clicking on and the error message you are receiving.

Thats how that T-Shirt came about. There was a contest. If you look in the Graphics Library you will see T-Shirt Idea category. Those were the submitted designs. It has been discussed about bringing in new T-Shirt choices but the general consenses is that there is not enough sales to justify the costs.

Jobeleca, You must be using the same account on WinCusotmize as you purchased the skinbrowser with. Otherwise the skinbrowser is not going to know who you are. If you used different accounts (email addresses) then you need to cross reference you accounts. If all that is fine then simply logoff WinCustomize and relogon so it can update your cookies. Then all should be fine.

Download the SkinBrowser and use the chat that's built into it. It also takes you to irc.stardock.com #wincustomize
