I will try out Dave's suggestion. Don't know why I didn't notice that item before. Anyway, thanks much. And thank you Dave for your kind suggestion and advice. The best day ever for all the folks in this community!

Also, this.........
Hi. I am using Win 10 20H2, fall 2020 update.............Curtains 1.19. I am trying to create a theme called "Serenity State". I have not been able to get the title bar transparent on various open windows. Not the taskbar and not the start menu.
For some reason, I am having difficulty changing a window title bar from opaque to transparent so that it stays transparent in Curtains, but when I load it up into curtains, it changes from transparent to opaque. I don't know why it does this. It seems to happen when the taskbar stays with the default Windows 10 theme. Sometimes I can get the transparency to show itself up if I I modify somebody else's theme, but I have lost interest in modifying other themes and just want to create new ones
My current issue has to do with the program "Curtains." Thanks.
I am trying to learn how to do or create taskbar buttons for Curtains, but for some reason, it doesn't look quite right. Almost but not quite there yet. Maybe the size of each element is not right, or something. I do not have photoshop but I use paint.net. If anyone has a thought
Perhaps it was taken down and removed, but I have not been able to find a Windowblinds skin, known as "Jitter". Oh well. There's plenty of other very nice skins available, even among the free ones. Have a great holiday!
Thank you neone6. And....it's seriously awesome to the max, as usual! Great job!
I changed the scaling down to 100 percent. Haven't touched Lively wallpaper. I now have my fat taskbar again. Kind of like a Windows 7 superbar on steroids. [e digicons]:D[/e] !!! Thanks!
I like having a fat taskbar, but since recent changes on my laptop, I get this: I don't normally have the taskbar up that high, but I exaggerated to make the glitch or whatever it is more noticable. When I was using Start10, I did not have this issue. So it could be a bug or a conflict with Lively Wallpaper, a live wallpaper engine I recently downloaded and installed. Part of the taskbar seems to vanish when I try to stretch it up and make it a little fatter, not that much though. Hav
I am using version 0.91 of start 11. I choose apps from the start11 menu when it opens up, NOT from the all apps second page.............
I submitted this wallpaper years ago, and I can't seem to find it on the latest updated or most popular wallpaper list, etc. Doesn't show up, like it's a in private view for me and no one else.
How do I delete a submitted wallpaper? I resubmitted the same wallpaper I submitted years ago. What I just submitted is a duplicate. How do I delete my duplicated submission? Thanks!
Since I have not received any reply on these issues, then my conclusion is that I need to be running Windows 11, in order to get the Start11 start menu centered, or rounded. By the way, there is a Win 11 start menu skin available on Rainmeter via Deviantart.com but it's lacking in functionality, and is hard to configure, not to mention being perhaps too small to really use.
For some reason, when I try to pin a few apps into the Start11 Win 11 menu window, the more apps button disappears and the next screen is empty, when it should have a list of apps that I can scroll down and look for. The only fix I can come up with is to unpin those apps and then do a reboot. Weird. Anyway, Start11 is cool and i'm sure will be a nice product with time, but right now, the Win 10 menu and the Win 11 menus need more work and polish. Otherwise, the Windows 7 and Modern menu
Also I noticed that the start11 start menu does not get rounded with certain themes like start10.....or am I imagining things? Or is this the result of a bug? Has anyone noticed this on Win 10?
Hi. I couldn't resist. I am on a 30 day trial with Start11. However, I do have a question. Do I have to be running Windows 11 for the start menu to be centered? That seems to be the case, since I am unable to move start11 to the center, and I am unable to find any setting to change that. Also I tried to center the taskbar icons, the setting was switched on "On", but they stay on the left side. Perhaps I am missing something or not understanding something. I was using TaskbarX previously to ce
Thank you! Good advice!
Good question. Not sure how to answer that. It's a design element, a way of making things translucent or transparent.
There doesn't seem to be a way to shut start10 down............unless I go into the task manager and end the process. Perhaps the easiest thing to do is to just uninstall it, then download start11................since I can't seem to close or shut down start10, I am hesitating. Perhaps I am missing something or don't know. Thanks!
Mica is a new subtle design element in Windows 11, kind of like Fluent, or Acrylic, with very subtle glass effects, as seen in Windows 10, but Mica is a Win 11 design element, not seen in WIn 10, as far as I know. Hope this helps.
Timetables sometimes create unnecessary pressure. And you have a point about win 11 being rushed out for holiday sales. Thanks!
Hello folks. Just tossing an idea out there, about perhaps bringing out a windowblinds or curtains theme using "Mica" (as used on Win11) as a theme element to jazz things up...........we've gone from aero to flat to back somewhere inbetween the two design flavos. Fluent or MIca seem to be a compromise between the two. Would love to see more Mica for Windows 10.
Hello. I am running Start10 on WIndows 10 20H2. I am wondering if I should try Start11, or....wait a few more weeks and see if Start11 comes out of beta, and is truly ready? Is there a timetable for it to come out of beta? Hopefully finished in time by November 1st? I am just guessing. Not sure what to do at this point. I do know that I would like to upgrade eventually, but stay on Win 10. Thanks!
Hi Lightstar! icons as tiles split...well that didn't work. But default to the all programs list on menu open seems to have done the trick! Thanks!
