MyColors 2.5? Sounds good. ^And yes, they should have a beta - a public beta. That would give the entire community (beyond Wincustomize - i'm talking about Winmatrix, DeviantArt, JCXP, ect.) a chance to try it out. I just don't wanna see MyColors reviews like those on C|Net again...

Happy 4th everyone!
Good site that can't afford a secure Linux-based host... I've seen it before... Too bad SA went down. N00bish hackers like these are probably just spoiled brats and/or teenagers who just don't know when to stop. :( :( But yeah, it's a total loss. (Maybe Stardock can agree to host the site?)
Nice picks! (What is Cool Player? I thought everyone moved on to VLC or regular WMP...)
It's out. However, it costs about $20. (The "free" version only lets you use 3 included dreams.)
I was sitting on the beach with a beer in my hand, and a great campfire... A whole week with no: Computer, Internet, E-Mail, technology. And I couldn't even get a cell signal most of the week. It was great.
That's my worst nightmare most of the time... However, sometimes it's good to get away from all of the beeping & bopping gizmos that make up our lives.
Sounds great! However, what about the ability to turn a .Dream into a screensaver without having it as your desktop background? (i mean using a .dreram file as a screensaver instead of a desktop background)
looks too close to the real OS X dashboard... It's a nice idea, but Apple might not like it (if we recall what happened to Yz Dock).
ZekeTheSquirrel, what Firefox theme is that?
Here's mine: Using a regular Vista .msstyle this time so I can use the Glassier extension with Firefox.
A friend at school told me about this weird game called Burning Sand . It basically allows you to create environments where you can mix different elements together. It may sound boring, but it can be mesmerizing. I've actually caught myself on the game for hours at a time!
Needs to be somehow intergrated with ObjectDock...
One of the things that I watch the most is over on Wincustomize . Island Dog, an employee at Stardock (the company that runs the site) publishes a weekly article of his favorite skins, wallpapers, widgets, ect. of the week. https://forums.wincustomize.com/315692 As for my opinion on this week's selection, th
Good picks. However, I've seen better skins than these... However, that "Calm Fields" wall might just be the next "Bliss"...It's that good!
Today is what many people call the "Summer Solstice". It is also the longest day of the year, the happiest day of the year (according to a few surveys), and the day that I can finally jump into a pool and say "Aaaaahhhh...This feels heavenly." One of the thing's I'm gonna do is go swimming. Another thing is I'm gonna get grillin' at dinner time. So happy summer! Enjoy it, because it's not here forever...
A lot of people have been asking me this: "Which is better: XP or Vista?" Some people say "Vista SUX!!!". Others say "Long Live VISTA!!!". Go figure. But one thing I know for sure is that Vista is better than XP in a few ways and vice-versa. For example, Vista has all of those fancy graphics features built into the OS. XP requires something like WindowBl
(Sorry about the lat post. Windows Live Writer was testing out the page...) So, this is my little spot on the net. Yes, I know it's pretty bare right now, but it will become "hoppin' " in a little while. I will be posting a lot of stuff about stuff like computers, desktop customization (aka "skinning"), video games (the people who I e-mail the link to this page will know what kinds of E-rated games I'm talking about...),and oth
AT&T needs to make the service price a LOT smaller. (I'm not paying $59.99 per month on one phone! :( ) However, I will try to get the iPod touch (if it get's a price drop like the iPhone). Music, Video, touch screen, ultra-customizable interface (aka "Jailbreak")...oooohhhh yeah! :d
I actually used the Vista Transformation Pack for a short time. I had no problems with it myself but some people do. Luckily though that is what led me to find Windowblinds which led me to the other Stardock products and before long I cleared it off of my machine and purchased ObjectDesktop.
Windows X also led me to the revelation that Object Desktop is more than any system hack could ever hope to be. But yes, I used VTP on my old XP machine. I loved how I could
FANTASTIC!!! :CONGRAT:
FANTASTIC!!! :CONGRAT: Hope to see some good softwares there. P.S. Hurry on that skinning section!
Nice episode! About Impulse, I've seen several threads in the forums about skinning Impulse. Maybe you guyz could develop a way to package the skin and redistribute it? (Maybe a .impulse file containing the skin?) Also, don't forget about [link="http://www.spreadfirefox.com/en-US/worldrecord"]FF3 Download Day[/link]! Also, google "Glassier for Firefox". It will give Firefox 3 some Aero. P.S. LOL about your Iced coffee from Dunkin Doughnuts, ID! (I feel your pain because I'm drink
Wait...WindowBlinds will let you use regular .msstyles files from Windows XP on Vista? How do you do this? A LOT of people (including myself) would like to know about this...
Don't you mean "Object Desktop"? But yes, it's well worth it. I myself am saving my "green" for it. But as a guy one said: Say NO! to pirates!
