There are no points in the mesh for the greenhouse planet...all other planets have an above, center, and aura point....
Seleuceia
For one of them I think that's the case...as for the other.....well.....
Probably just a Boolean of "is there an SB already?" rather than "is SB limit reached?"... With a research modifier and planet bonus modifier that allow multiple SBs, shame jumping SBs doesn't work nicely with them.... I wish it was fixed too...would open up a door for modders....
and probably 8.
It for sure works in W8 just as good as W7....
Yes, the DLC is Forbidden Worlds.... I think I may understand what you mean with wincustomize stuff....back in the day, you could download Sins Trinity from the Stardock Store or from Impulse (when it was owned by SD) and if you did so you may have had wincustomize stuff appear (I remember I did when SD owned Impulse)... Since SD doesn't own steam, you won't see any of that this time...
Rebellion is a stand alone game that happens to include all the content of vanilla, entrenchment, and diplomacy (collectively known as trinity) except for those intro videos. So basically, just buy Rebellion, no need for Trinity or the other things piecemeal. Personally I think the DLC is great, especially for modding purposes....however, it is not necessary to enjoying the game so I'd recommend buying Rebellion and if you find you really like it, buy the DLC later... <
LRF fleets aren't the norm, but I wouldn't say they are rare...Illum spam is one of the worse things you can face early and mid game if it is coupled with malice....
Titan is early/mid game ok fair enough, what I meant was TL needs things to counter TIER ZERO units like light frigate! It cant without either a similar tier zero spam or a powerful titan. Late game techs dont mean jack here
How is TR any different from TL in this aspect? If anything, the superior loyalist corvette makes TL better than TR for early game frontliners...TEC (unlike Advent) has LRFs at tier 2...TEC (unlike
Winter, that problem has existed for a very long time, has been brought up before, and has been ignored....sad fact but true... You can still build multiple SBs but that may not be helpful for your mod...
General rules of thumb... Social specialization is probably best for terrans and oceanics (there are exceptions but not a bad general rule)... Industrial specialization is probably best for volcanics and barrens (ferrous may fall into this category, can't remember)... You can go either way with a desert or ice, though if the planet has multiple trade ports you probably should go industrial...other planets, it's not too terribly important and your decision shoul
No offense Seleucia, but I've only seen you play a few times in the past 6 months... I have definitely played more than that and I see tec rebel all the time... usually the lobby is just Tec Rebel vs Vasari Loyalist... Never seen vasari rebel, unless it was a random pick...
Just cause you don't see me doesn't me I don't play...I could flip the table and say I have only seen you a few times in the past 6 mont
If you don't build at least 3 starbases in a game with vasari, you are playing it wrong.
QFT For the record though, if I random and get Vasari I often still do LF spam just like I would as TEC or Advent...troll migrators are wonderful things...bottom line is that you don't have to use Orkies to win as Vasari, it's just a lot easier if you can...
I see more VR than TR...in fact, been a very long time since I've seen a TR that wasn't a random pick...can't say the same for VR, which I see picked often enough...not that those decisions are necessarily based on the factions' titans, but I think that is definitely a telling sign... Ragnarov is good for only one thing: focus firing...it's main "AoE", scattershot, is generally easy enough to avoid...I'm no micro expert, and even I can easily micro my LFs aroun

You should always be bringing migrators to build Orkies and colonize planets (without needing your egg there).....build an Orky, leave a migrator, and send your fleet out to kill culture centers... Stripping the planet ASAP really is only necessary if you are DESPERATE and can't hold against their fleet should it get to you...once they lose the planet, the lose to them is the same whether you strip it or not.... If you are concerned they may take it back , well, th
I can't DL sinkillr's replays right now (I don't think the DL link is bad, it's where I'm getting my internet from atm) but I will try to when on different internet connection....
TEC Loyalists are balanced, they are fine, they do not need any buffing... Their titan lacks a high damage AoE, something that puts it behind the VL and AR titans....but, TL have easy nova spam and best defense....they also have the best corvette in the game...that's balance... Their early game is great...both akkan and marza are fantastic leads and cobalt is solid LF...they have great repair and can get all early ships with only 2 labs...add on best corvette ability and t
Of course you don't kill the Coronata, it's for the same reason you don't kill a Kol.... It's a brick, why waste the time and effort? By killing it you only grant your enemy more free fleet supply to use towards ships that are actually useful....
Jam Weapons then should disable the weapons of corvettes....
Dunov EMP should disable ships.
Hell yeah!

I've done everything I can with the Orky, including moving it with the z-axis, but it doesn't matter... Even when the Orky is in a position to fire from multiple banks, it automatically tilts itself, and the only possible way to prevent it from doing so is to constantly press cancel order...my disciples are just always so clustered tha
Let's face it people...ADVENT ARE WEAK... First we have the disciple problem...I mean, these babies are absolute shit these days, they can't even kill a damn starbase without exploding everywhere and just failing in general...I even hear they sometimes act like confused sperm when chasing caps, but maybe I'm thinking of a different faction... Anyway, it doesn't change the fact that Advent are pretty lame...all the other factions have good capital ships to lead
I wish I could remember who suggested that and "confirmed" that it worked....
I posted replays that would have answered all your questions and shown you exactly how I got my results...you obviously did not watch them and for all I know you're pulling numbers out of thin air (I doubt you are but my point still stands, I have replays and you don't)... Just for completeness, I did a second trial as Advent...same conditions, 62 disciples + a lvl 2 Progenitor with bomber squadron and shield regeneration (lvl 1)...the only difference is that I tried
I see the problem right there Seleuceia... of course 62 cobalts are going to lose fewer ships to an orky than 50 cobalts..
Sorry about that...been fixed...
