The evidence that's supposed to prime us to receive alternative theories to evolution consists of: (1) a 'parapsychologist' who thinks he's found the force, (2) a geoscientist with an abiogenic theory of petroleum, and (3) a documentary alleging that the Sphynx is older than currently believed. Even if you grant all of this, it isn't a coherent argument for or against any theory of biological change.
Nah, I could give a crap about any of that stuff. But his assess

http://superstrangeland.blogspot.com/2010/01/intervention-theory.html A lot of what is said here is quite good stuff and accurate, some is a little iffy, and some is downright weird or preposterous. But an interesting read nonetheless. My favorite quote from the article: A fellow German, physicist Max Planck, was moved to state it this way: “A new scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its opponents and making them see the light, but rather because its opp
Apparantly it's to be against the iraq war and say you will draw troops out, and cut military funding, then boost the military budget to far beyond the Bush years and add more troops.
You are confusing the liberal plan with the democratic plan. Liberalism is an ideology - they have all sorts of plans (feminism, abortion, affirmative-action, immigration, blah blah). Democrats are a political party - their plans are simply "do what the establishment wants, and
From my perspective LRF balancing is a different issue than scout balancing and I think scouts did in fact need some kind of nerf. The problem with nerfing their health is that they become too weak to traverse gravwells and do their job of scouting, so apparently the devs went the route of nerfing their firepower.
That's what I thought, too. I support the scout nerf - the idea of viable scout/lf spam is ridiculous. If seeker/disciple is still viable after

It is definitely worth it, unless you are in the rush or suicide spot multiplayer.
It does not help that the only opposition party just want to do away with government instead of changing how it works.
That's a joke. People say the republican party wants to do away with government, but under George Bush and a republican-controlled congress and republican-controlled supreme court (the first time they had control of all 3 branches of governent for decades and decades), they grew the size of governement more than it had ever grown before.
In the short term, yes, America's inefficient jobs are at risk (as proven by GM and Crystler's bankrupcy). However, in the long run the cheaper prices that trade creates tends to benefit more people than jobs lost.
No. The good jobs are wiped out (engineering and technical jobs, not to mention manufacturing jobs). The cheaper prices at Walmart will never make up for the fact that the job outlook turns into something resembling a 3rd world country. When

Free trade is wiping out the American middle class. Millions of good jobs are gone and will never come back. Free trade is also destroying the dollar, because free trade is responsible for the accumulation

Your entire last paragraph has next to nothing to do with free market or socialism directly. You are quite confused. Let me see if I can help you. One of your problems is the assumption that there is a free market in the USA. There isn't. Never has been. Never will be. "Free market" is a code phrase for "whatever is good for big business and the super-rich." It is a managed market - managed by those entities, for the good of those entities. Period. Make no mistake - the last thing big business and the super-rich want is an act

You said you are being stingy with research. You certainly don't want to be careless with money in MP, but I'd say to spam reseaarch in SP, if that's what you are playing. One tip is to get all levels of enslaved labor before you spam refineries and trade ports, because those things are expensive. Get the mineral upgrades as vasari. They are good, since you get "two for the price of one." Didn't see anything about starbases in your strategy? As Darv
Seige caps are the artillery of sins able to deal out heavy damage to many units and planets and SC are their nemsis so increasing their effect versus SC is not correct.
This is a poor argument. Let me see if I can help you a bit. The reason we shouldn't be putting extra strikecraft on siege caps has nothing to do with strikecraft being their nemesis - NOTHING. The simple fact is, we don't need to be changing capships to "swiss army capships" able to

How many bombers you talking about? If it's just an enemy carrier capship with bombers, make all fighters on your skirantra and that's all you will need. But if the enemy is darkening the skies with bombers from a bunch of cruisers, your skirantra isn't going to come close to cutting it. You will nee a bunch of carrier cruisers yourself, loaded with fighters. Sentinals do kill bombers, but not that well. Under most circumstances you'll need fighters.

If you just plan to play SP, you don't need to worry about anything that has been said as far as types of units to build (seekers/discples/blah blah) or capships. Just build what you want to build, and win. You like that Revelation battlecruiser? Just build it, or several of them. You like something else? Just build that. You like carrier cruisers? Just build them. However, if you plan to play MP, what Darvin is saying is VERY significan

There has to be a way to play the game besides "rush hw/defend hw," otherwise we aren't talking about very much strategy in this "strategy game."
