You can just click on the "Giants" button, and it puts the 2k into that slot. Or a shared team bank of some sort (you can put any amount you want in it). OR, a setting where half of what everyone gets goes into a team bank (stops "ball hogs" in their
Exactly Zeh. Tonight I played a great game; 3v3; I found out at the END of the game, we were all saving up to get Giants. We were all jussssst a bit short of getting then. If we could have "donated" our gold to the "Giants" slot, we may have won. You can't even tell how much gold (or mana) your teammates have, so it's hard to stratagize, orginize, or combine your strenghts without some kind of "bank" or "contribution" type dynamic. If yo
I'll make this quick/short: A "Team-Share" option in the game. Specifically, half the gold you get you can spend on yourself; scrolls, items, ect. The other half can only be spent on Citadel upgrades. Also, a possible "kitty", "bank" or "pot" where people can just put gold into future combined Citadel upgrades Ok Frogboy, how much more stock do I get in SD for this latest idea [e digicons];)[/e] P.S. (No CEOs are allowed to get ANY pa
It's Mikeal Vick; the UB dog got pissed at him.
Well, many games online have "No Favor Items allowed" settings, so you would not get to use your Favor Items anyway sometimes. So just have fun.
I was on a game last week, I thought we were winning. One player on the other team quit (I felt bad for them, because they were trying REALLY hard). Then, I heard "Dard Angles; catapults; giants join the fight). We ended up losing. You CAN do comebacks in this game. I just with the guy on the winning team got some kind of penalty for quitting.
Actually, the ability to have Replays, or game movies, also seems to be in the game (I've watched a couple) but for some unfathomable reason, they are not implemented either. Shrug.
Here's a long-winded tip guide for new players too: Ok, here are some tips I hope will help new players: At first, you make think that dieing to another DemiGod (DG) is not so bad. You lose no money, no experience points (XP), and you only get 30 seconds in "Limbo". So you may think there is nothing to lose charging into towers or several other DGs, because, whats the worst that can happen? Well, the bad news is, the other team gets money and XP
It's a known bug (nothing your doing wrong). It may be fixed very soon. I'ts on other posts here, do a search and you will find more details :)

Save here, Nvidia 7900. I actually would have NEVER even know all that stuff was even suppose to show, but I saw a gameplay video on U-Tube, and said "Hey, why don't I ever see any of those effects"? Even went in and checked the video settings to see if I had something Low or Off. Some of it is really important; like above, you can be standing the the TB ring of fire, and not even know it till you see your hitbar going down and figure out why. And when Cer
Well, I'm not a bad player; I'm a decent player actually. But I'll never be a pro (no do I care to be). I just hate it when we START to lose (comebacks are common) and a player starts cussing. Oh boy, what fun, you keep thinking your alli is saying something in chat to make a plan, or cheer you up, or suggesting a stratagey, you hit "Enter" and see a ton of cuss words (maybe if they did not spend so much time cussing in chat, they might play a bit better). Anywa
Frenzy and the other helpful people in this link (and I do think you are trying to be helpfule), does it not smack of ultimate paradox that you are explaining to everyone how to learn to play the game without a tutorial, that would have EXPLAINED how to play the game? If what you said was true, you would not have explain ANYTHING about how you don't need any "explination" about how to play the game in this link. I am still n
Yes, but DON'T do what I accedently did; change your email, totally unaware that your game(s) are "superglued" to your email. OMG, I almost felt like a pirate had done game-identity-theft for about a year after that.
Seems I have to take it back. It DID let me log in. Tried to enter a game; game locked up gain; when I finally get out to desktop, I get the below: Also, now does not let me log in again (Do I have to go on Morey Povich show to prove I'm the father of my game?). Don't know if it will help SD with the problem or not, but here's what it said this time; EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at address 0x7c9108f3 attempted to write memory
I found out how to fix this problem! All you have to do is try and try and try to log on for an hour or two. THEN, you have to come onto the forums, complain about it, and THEN the next time you try to log in it works just fine [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e] Pretty sneaky SD [e digicons];)[/e]
Same here. This happened last week too, so I gave up that day. After the patch last night, I was all excited to try MP online. Could not get into any room that did not have red/0ms; then, on my 5th try, the game totally locked up; had some kind of code on my desktop when I was finally able to get out of the game. Since then, it tells me I am using a "Invalid Password", even though it's set to "remember", and it's the same one I've had since day one with SD/Im
Yes Coven, most of the "quitters" in my games were right after a 2nd (or 3rd) death. With the "sub-par" AI, it's usually GG for the players left (ulnless there are a majority of new or intermediate players). I think they should have an "offer Surrender" button, there may be some miss-use of it, but basically, the winning team offers the losing one an honerable surrender. Then the losing team can choose to surrender, or fight to the end. This would REALLY go a l
Since the patch last night, I was able to connect to 3 games, in 3 tries. Played the last one (a long one) to the end with all players. Took only seconds to join. Problem is, I found out my roommate went in and opened our ports via Frogboys suggestions, so was it the ports, or the new patch. I'm guessing both. Anyway, luckily for me, my game seems to be working fine in MP so far (but it was about 4am then). I wondering about peak times. . .
Actually, I played a 3v3 hours ago, and I got several "Thanks for the heals" [e digicons]:D[/e] Wow. Also got thanks for not putting my giant cat's litter box on the map this time (bad things have happened when they right-clicked on it thinking it was a shop, except for the UB, who liked it).
Go into options before the game starts (in the lobby) and set the Game Speed for "adjustable". Then use the "-" to turn down the speed to -10 when you want to tool-tip over all the items/skills. This will help also: http://www.scarylogic.com/demigod/items.php You can also put a normal, hard, or even expert AI on your team, just an easy AI on the other; you'll be much safer then. And
Are these game replays, or movies you made of games. Specifically, can we record our games too now?
It's 2am here. I'm sure, being human, and having lives/families, most if not all of SD is at home sleeping (except that one employee that only plays the vampire demigod). IF it is truely on the server, it's only been up a couple hours, and/or they just have not got it up for full downloading yet (perhaps they thought "Hey, it's 2am, do you think we can slip that patch in NOW while our customers are sleeping and they'll never notice the downtime?").
Ya, I played a game last week; the rook opponent was ohhhh so slowly working his way down one side of the Cat map. My teamates seemed determined to stop him; battle him; "MUST STOP ROOK". I think if we had just caped the other 90% of the flags on the map, we would have had a good chance of winning. If you can't beat'em, cap'em.
