Some people used their real names to log into Impuse, so, when they play/played DG, their real name show as their character's name. Yikes.

Yes, FB, please put as many updates, tweaks, and bonuses into any patch as fast as you can. Anything, please. Even when I die to other DGs, at least it feels like I died in a "battle". With UB, I always feel like a bug hitting a windshield. The UB just creams me in seconds.

Try setting the game speed to "Adjutable", it gives you 21 games speed settings. It's great. -10 for taking your time to read all the talents/item descriptions, then back up to -1 for me in solo skirmish.

Uh oh. I did the above (becuase I accidently got the beta; I use to do the Entrenchment beta, so it was still set to show pre relaese versions). Anyway, did the above, it seemd to work, but now it won't let register for online MP; it says wrong name/PW. Since I'm set on "Always remember" I'm sure my PW/Handle are correct. I think they made a huge mistake "character wise" with TB. They could have given him just flame powers (IMO), OR, just cold powers. This would have given a huge area to create a new DG in the future (Ice Queen or Lava blob for just a couple examples). And they could have reallly tweaked out his fire powers (fire imp minions manybe, ect). But TB now has both fire and ice powers, and flipping is impractical and dangerous

I'm taking a trip to a friends home for the weekend. I was thinking of bringing DG, and installing it on his computer, so he can take a look at the game (he purchased Sins+Entrenchment, and has Impulse of course). But would that be pirating? If/when he buys a copy, will that mess up something if he already has it installed? I hate pirates, so I don't want to be a hypocrite or get my friend in hot water.

How about a bull-like god, that can move fast; do rams at full speed; maybe snort fire in a cone. You can call him "Torro". I play Sedna a lot, and I get LOTS of guff from people typing "HEAL HEAL HEAL". I have ONE heal. It has a LONG cooldown. I have LIMITED mana. As for me, I can pretty much handle my own vs any DG, except UB. No matter what I do, or what DG I use, UB seems to kill me. And I don't mean that in the end of a battle, I die, I mean I just seem to die in seconds. If I run, he keeps up with me. Heal, his diseases keep killing me. Stay and fight = I get in a hit or two before it's off to limbo for 30 secs. ONLY with the catlady do I survive, and that's only because I might be able to spam a heal as I run away

Perhaps Stardock does not want a "truckload of pirates" any more than you want a "truckload of spam". Perhaps not even having an activation in a game is not the way to end up with a good gaming community. SD's games ARE their home base, and I'm sure if you made games (which, btw, cost a HECK of a lot more time & money than your forum), you'd be just as protective of them are you already are of your own fourms.

Replays would be the best way too. I've seen people post Sins replays, which of course include the chat log of the "offender". At least it's "proof" rather than hear-say of two people that might have just got into a squabble.
