I think skinz.org used to carry them. Dunno if they still do. what does the error message look like that says you can't get the skin to download? is it for all skins for windowblinds, or just one, or have you possibly reached some max download cap, or something?

Tracking of the offending offal should be easy enough, since the forwarding IP addresses will be trackable, right? Where the heck is BuzzHog when you need him? ratings do not currently seem to work because no two people rate the same thing the same way...set up your own rating theme based off of predetermined choices, and then you only have your self to blame if you see something you think sucks. ...although this won't fix how to judge what gets past the moderators for wallpapers, I suppose. Well hell, sorry, I tried...that's my quota for constructive thinking for the week.

Why not change the theory behind the ratings and go with a yes/no setup, so people can get their preferences to streamline what they see. It is all about what your interests are, as a downloader, that determine what you like, right? Does the following submission contain ___ (Y/N) Text: Gridlines: 3D Object(s): Monocolor: Greyscale Only: (can't figure out the wording for people, animals, etc.): Binary Numbering: etc... OK, I figured it out myself...here's a quick tutorial (never done one before, so bear with me)... - Fire up Fireworks - File|New (the below beginning setup is up to you. these are my numbers) - 20 px height - 20 px width - 72 px/inch - Transparent background - Zoom in to 600x (unless your eyes are REALLY good) - Left-click PENCIL tool (the below are again my settings) - 1 px - anti-aliased UNCHECKED - color set to blac

If so, are you aware of graphic-intense tutorial sites, like the thousands for photoshop and paint shop pro, rather than the few corporate ones floating around?" oh, and don't forget the little stuff... i am dabbling with linux flavor testing. i slapped debian on my box the other day (still don't have a gui running...not sure why) and had to have a 3.5 floppy formatted to run the boot so w2k wouldn't override it. well, i didn't bother cabling up the floppy when i put the box together a few months ago, so i couldn't figure out why it wasn't formatting until i ripped her open and saw the cables hanging, right where i left them. this is the first t
