0.50.006 is the first and only version, as far as I'm aware. What patch do you mean?

1) i like 2) meh... they tried this with cs, and it sucked big time - probably due to it being too extreme in the price fluctuations. As long as it wasn't too much of a change one way or the other. Better would be to manually adjust the prices during balancing, rather than leaving it up to an algorithm
hmm.. I'm not sure if I like everything you've said, and I haven't played Footmen, but I like the idea of being able to upgrade the creeps. Perhaps instead of having team gold, instead each player would be able to spend their skill points in upgrading the creeps or towers, rather than on their own personal skills - that way it would be a bit more tactical; do you concentrate on your own character, leaving your creeps weak and pathetic, or do you ubercharge your creeps, and sacrifice s
meh, kind of makes each demigod less unique
you could try installing the beta drivers from nvidia - I doubt that's it but it probably won't make it worse
I think we'll probably see some DnD-like skills, with X base damage + Y damage per character level
Last I checked, there were no plans to integrate VOIP directly into the client. Software like xfire, teamspeak and ventrilo are already well established and used by all sorts of people. Run that in the background and you'll be golden
Vent is fine for organised matches, but doesn't help much for pub games. Want integrated voip.
recall and stasis are from the arbiter (the cloaking ship), illusionary army is from the high templar

at present there is no shader model two support - which is why there are about 50 posts from people complaining about invisible demigods. Maybe the final product will have sm2 fallbacks, but the devs haven't said anything about this.
you could have just bumped the other thread
One of the devs (I think it was Tyo, not sure) has said its fine to install several copies with the one serial for lan play - but there are a limited number of activations (don't know how many) so you aren't going to be able to have 24 people playing with only one copy - 3 or 4 maybe. edit: I can't find the relevant post, so maybe they just said you could activate on multiple computers, not necessarily be able to play lan games with only one serial.
the regulus build you've got there works great, I get the rokkur gloves as soon as I can afford them, then you can mow through a pack of minataurs or archers in two or three shots. The catas group together as well, so you can take out three catas in a couple of shots.
in impulse, under the my games tab, right click on demigod and select download and archive.
It would probably be a good idea for the devs to list some minimum system specs somewhere, even if they are likely to change before release.
no splash damage items for reg? Wouldn't you spend all your time shooting individual creeps?
nope. the integrated graphics chip wont be able to handle it
i'm pretty sure the item system at the moment is just a placeholder - wait until beta 2 before worrying too much about it. Sakhapoo, you should start a new thread if you have a bug no one else has described.
looks like a dead minotaur
yeah maybe, i've had bad experiences with beta video drivers before with blue screen of death. i'll give it a try, but performance hasn't really been a problem - other than a couple of bugs, the game runs beautifully with no hang or lag
I've noticed this occuring several times with Regulus. At various points in a game, for a brief period, ai regulus' will not show the movement animation as they move around - instead, the animation will be stuck in the standing still position, but will teleport very short distances to keep up with the actual location of the regulus (kind of like the bug with the scout in tf2). dxdiag: ---------------- System Information ------------------ Time of
I was playing regulus last night, and noticed a small error in the snipe animation. If you click snipe then select your target, regulus will aim at the target and start charging up. However if you were close enough to the target that he can move around you to a different bearing before your snipe finishes charging, regulus will not adjust his aim -> the snipe will still hit, but the beam won't go straight out of the crossbow - in this case the target had actually moved to be beside
why dont they let u run these games on the graphic seetings u want
they do, but there are limits. Some people are succesfully running demigod on a 6800gt, a card that is five years old. It's not possible for game developers to have ten or fifteen levels of graphics so that their game can run on older and older graphics cards, but there are several settings that can be adjusted so that it can run on less powerful cards

I don't really see the need for resetting camera to default though personally.. You can do it manuall. But double-tap-3rd mouse button(middle mouse button) would work, except not everyone has a clickable scrollwheel i dont think.. even though they cost $5.
no, I mean that is what it is at the moment.
