look in the catalyst control panel - look to disable crossfire/multi-gpu edit: I had a quick look at the ati site - apparently most single card crossfire setups cannot have crossfire disabled - the only exception is the 4-Dvi port 3870x2 quote: Q: I have a single 38x0X2 card and dont see a crossfire section in the CCC whats up with that? A: You wont see one as its enabled by default so theres no section as theres nothing to change in that ca

this is just a general question, not specifically for you Alladynsane Is it possible, if you have crossfire or sli, to make a program such as demigod only use one of the cards? I know that for the cpu, you can go to task manager and set the processor affinity, so a program only runs on certain cores. But i've never had crossfire or sli, so don't have any experience here.

they've said they are going to combine the item shops into one building - can't remember any mention of combining items though

it means your video card doesn't support shader model 3, which is required for demigod. That's a pretty old video card - it would probably struggle even if it was supported.

You've got a pretty high spec cpu and 3gb of ram there, which is more than enough, but you haven't included the video card information. In dxdiag click on save all information, then copy the text from the save file into your post. or just look at the display tab in dxdiag and tell us what video card you have ie what model of radeon

agree, after seeing four ai rooks all stand on the same spot bashing each other. I'm not so sure there shouldn't be creep/demigod collisions either - for a unit such as the regulus, they might like to hide behind creep waves, actually gaining some advantage from their ranged weapons, but with no collisions that pesky rook can just wade right through the creeps and hammerslam you. Having said that, I haven't played DotA, so haven't experienced creep blocking in a similar game.

Also you can lock onto your demigod by pressing T.

with the current uncertainty relating to defective nVidia cards, you might want to get an ATI instead - a 3850 or 3870 would handle demigod without any problems, and will only cost $140 or so for the 3850 The 3870 is roughly equivalent to the geforce 8800gt (which I have, and runs demigod at 1680 x 1050 with everything on high with no problems), and the 3850 is a slightly lower spec version than the 3870, so either would suit you fine.

I was just taking a look through the demigod folder on my comp, looking for a screen shots folder, and found a CSV report file for each game I've played - the file contains data on money earned, spent, income source, xp earnt, xp per minute, etc etc. Anyways, listed after the hero health per minute, there are three blank entries: hero agility per minute, hero power per minute, and hero magic per minute, all the log for which is zero ---> could these be future demigod attributes tha
Auto-follow: How about clicking on your Demigod's portrait and have a padlock icon show up and it keeps the camera centered on the hero? You click to move, and as your Demigod moves the camera would keep centered. Clicking again should cancle, but also importantly so should pressing W, A, S, or D.
It already sort of has that, pressing T to track your demigod. Zooming in and out is then always centred on your
