Bonerfest: First... Thanks for that very detailed feeedback. i hope you enjoyed that match. Bugs: - The sound popping is maybe caused by the increased bass and harmonizations also the added Hi-Fi chorus. As i remember i don't changed the missile sounds for bombarding, and the capitals using the same dying sounds. I have popping sounds sometimes, mostly when the CPU is running at 100%, that caused by my integrated soundcard. A friend of

The features of different mods and addons can be easily merged. Well... may require some knoweledge about how to use Wordpad/Notepad, but i think that's not a problem at all.
Fighter Management CTD is fixed... Sadly, the problem caused by the removed bombers from non CV/BB classes. So... the other caps can build bombers, like in vanilla sins. I'll upload the 2nd fix tomororow. If someone had a crash when a pirate raid started, please tell me.
I was reconverted the sound effects and also edited some of them, too. i don't hearing any popping. The effects download link is in the download section of the thread.
indeed ;)
I realized that. The main problem is not to handle stereo samples, just to handle lots of them simultaniously. The funny thing is, the game plays stereo in mono and mono in stereo. The musics also converted in stereo, with 160 avg bitrate in 48 Khz. Today i'll finish reconvert the sound, then upload.
The game sound engine is limited to play one sound, 5 times simultaniusly. I'll going to reduce that maybe to 3, this will help the sound popping issue, also incease a little the game performance when you use integrated audio, just like me. Those popping sounds are mostly caused by the enhanced boost and harmonization effects. If there's someone, who got a good sound card, not an integrated, and tryied the mod, please gimme some feedback about the sound. Thanks Rotorfib for the feed
Andy - That's quite nice. I think this will be the default installer in every mod in the future. Thanks for you work, i much appriciate Tolzak - Yes, others had posted that problem before. Think i know what caused this, adn currently i'm working that. Uploading the next fix when i finished the testing. Not always cames up that error, so i need to run several testes...
Tikipiki - Yes... They start with 3 capital slots, but the maximum capital slot are the same as the advants. Baileych - Others mentioned that bug, and also i saw that too... really annoying one, but looks like, i know what caused that, so a fox, will be available shortly. ThrakaAndy - A GUI could makes life easier for those, who's don't know how to handle a RAR, or just simply can't understand hungarian :D that's more likely IMO. THANKS AGAIN. No need of rush, just take you
ThrakaAndy - Thank you. I also wanted to make such installer, but yours are definitly better that i can do, with my programming knowledge. Tolzak - The standard researches, that came with the Sins Plus is removed, because that time, when i uploaded the beta, those researches are didn't worked. Now you have Improved and Avanced Colonization. Improved for Ice, forest and oceanic planets. Advanced for Vulcanic and Barren planets. The population cap increasing researches are removed. th
you playin' with HIGH RESOURCES and FAST SPEED/RESEARCH ???
The cost of the researches are going to be changed, i just want to hear your opinions about that. Cost of the hangers will be increased, too. If the AI won't build anti-fighter vessels, than you can beat them with strikcrafts... The sound effects will be replaced. Now i got the same encoder, that the developers used, but with that i can convert effects one by one... so this takes a little time. Until i finish with the sounds, just delete them, if you want.
I think you using Vista. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods\
Changing the mission parameters are not causing trouble at all. In the Beta i want to put just changes that have possibility to causing a problem. As i said before... in the final, the mission parameters will be changed.
Increased mission times will be in the final.
The textures compressed in Zip, just with a self-extractor.
That's i suggested in the readme. And that's why added the original files to the Mod.
thx everyone. A quick fix for those research problems will be available today. The sound problem is because i'm not used the same encoder that the developers does. i'm going to reencode the sound effects and upload then. That'll no more than 3-5 Mb. Singshir - I'm never had such problem, but i'll going to find a solution, please tell me, ehat race you playin'.

I can imagine. The file will be uploaded in 20 minutes. Hoping i'm not fallen sleep then.
MRNooB - The sounds are encoded in stereo. Well... first time in 5.1, but didn't work. I'm using headphone and everythings OK, but i'll see what can i do. The planet zooming error is new to me. i've never seen such problem before and the testers neither. Colt - I'll upload the textures for rapid, then i sending you the link... now with normal rar. Just extract them to the game folder. Spartan - You reading in my mind, brother. But that's why is this a BETA. Ba
It's not english???? I thoght thw winrar will translate that language that the extractor uses. Sorry about that. I'll making ENGLISH for the final release, until then, here's some help. Tallóz: Browse Telepít: Install Mégse: Cancel
Colt556 - Maybe a wise decision to read the README. The problem is the lack of the textures. You created a Texture folder in the Mod, right? Now you have 2 options: First, Grab those textures and place them to the game folder, NOT in the mod. After delete that textures folder from the. Second, Place the game all textures from the games dir, to that Textures folder that you created in the mod. But this takes about 1.14 GB.
Uzii's said right... if you want to decide which is the best for you... than try them. BTW... almost all of the mods are adopting Sins Plus.
Thanks... 10 minutes after that i released the public beta. Thanks man. know i have time to adopt carefully and doing some tweakings to fitting more to the DS.
