I think that they(stardock/ironclad) did not include icons for galaxyforge for the DLC planet types, it also happens with extra planet types for the mods that have them. regarding the planets showng up if you specified the planets did you specify ANY of the DLC planets? harpo

regarding the killing of mines, I use several carriers on HOLD position, and 3 or 4 scouts, the scouts will 'eventually' scout out the mines ans when the scout neaars the mine it 'detects' or allows attacks against the mine, the fighters & bombers then fly to the mine and shoot it up destroying the mine, then the scouts scout for the next, rinse & repeat, and this method I found during the BETA for entrenchment when the mines showed up. harpo

personally I would use the percentage difference, but regarding the weight, I did not see any mention of the weight of the comps, regarding the battery life assuming that BOTH comps have batteries of the SAME capacity then the acer would be expected to operate on battery for a longer time, BUT it is possible that the computer manufacturer reduced the battery size to reduce the weight while still getting similar run times. harpo

as myfist0 is hinting at, do you have pirates enabled or disabled? if pirates are disabled , but blackmarket is enabled then this effect happens, either enable pirates or disable black market are the only options that I can see to not see the issue. harpo

the single thread issue for games is how the game/program was created (single thread is a lot easier to write AND debug) but from MY reading of the specs for the two comps the acer has '4 GB Nvidia GeForce GT 750M' while the asus has 'Nvidia GEFORCE GTX670 MX 3GB', as the 750 is TWO model levels down but ONE generation up the asus would be the better GAMING comp assuming that both screens are the same resolution, refresh speed and colour accuracy regardin

in frogboy's elemental july 2013 thread, he stated that tac battles can not be made to multiplayer without major costs in re-writing the entire tac battle system, which implies to me that it was an issue that was created during the creation/development of WOM when there was no one person that had control over the whole project. harpo

it would be a LOT easier for non-korians(assumed it to korian as it is one of the asian pictographic languages) to be able to download the mod if the hosting site supported english/other languages, and I basically had to click in each thing/label that indicated it might be a link till the download started very frustrating to find the download harpo

it is EASY to create a simple mod that does the effectively same thing. the steps are 1 either create OR download a set of reference(these are supplied either by converting a COPY of the game files to txt mode OR downloading an archive containing the converted files) files for the sins (entrenchment/diplomacy use the entrenchment refs)(re

leo unless you have a rebellion version (with DLC) of greater than 1.52, then the ref files in my thread ARE current and just in an archive with all folder structure as per the binned game files. it is a good idea to place the ref files in a different location to the game files as the windows program files folder does NOT like archive managers overwriting existing files, and does it's best to PREVENT overwriting of existing files. harpo

odd, as the files ARE zipped(for wincustomise)(for the dropbox they are rared at max compression) up AFTER converting without ANY errors( in the conversion), and I just checked my dropbox copy in a randomly grabbed entity (and yes it IS in TXT as per the first three characters of the file (BIN is the binary (fast loading) TXT is for the human readable file that is slower loading) harpo
