Phase stabilizers for starbase in star's gravity well in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

If you build a phase stabilizers on a starbase in a star's gravity well, it doesn't work as intended (ships can't jump directly to star from any planet with another stabilizer). Has anyone else noticed this?

Quick Ship indicators gone in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

So after I updated to the new patch, the little rings indicating what number of ships was orbiting any particular planet are no longer displaying. I've looked all over the interface settings and can't figure out how to bring them back...am I missing something?
