pirates continue to spam wave-attack the player, launching a new raid against the player (never against an AI, why not!? This is a big problem when playing single player. The human player ALWAYS gets targeted by the pirates. It's hard to pay off the pirates when the AI can't spend their money fast enough and always managed to out bid you. It is frustrating when you put a 100 credit bounty on another AI, it is ALWAYS t

I don't suppose anyone has ever considered not being able to see enemy mines (as a player, as well as a ship) unless you are a scout? Right now we know they're there and are able to effectively avoid them or 'bulldoze' through them with a capital ship.

Playing FFA with or without your friends in the game on a large map, diplomacy does go a long way to making the AI 'friendable'. I must say though that since the AI does not effectively use it's resources and has credits pile up, it is hard to win the Pirate war against them. It isn't all that much fun at times because of that. Also, the AI ALWAYS seems to choose to put bounty on the player first over other AI players. Frustrating.

ManSh00ter. Have you thought about setting ship explosions up in such a way that they are still able to shoot while they are exploding? Of course once they finally do go 'boom' they wouldn't be able to shoo anymore. I'm mostly thinking about as the ship is beginning to fail structurally etc the gun crews / automated systems etc would still be firing until the very last. Just a thought.

An updated Galaxy Forge interface would be nice. The ability to 'band-box' and 'un-do' would make me a very happy person. :-) Mainly a lot of the issues that I have found frustrating have been solved by game play enhancements by the Distant Stars mod as well as The Sins Optimization Project which has fixed literally hundreds upon hundreds of miss-directed lines of code etc and increased the overall efficiency of the game. It has significantly reduced memory leaks as wel

Touching on what myfist0 has stated, mines really do need a poly count reduction and in many mods having a reduction of mines per gravity well has not affected game play other than reducing the amount of memory consumed. In order to make mines more 'fun' to play with I would like to make them more dangerous both in physical damage as well as any secondary abilities. With this statement I would also suggest making the clearing of mines easier whether it be a research ability for ships (passive

One statement: The market will drive and determine what the scope and profitability of a project will be, not one sub-atomic particle of anything else.

Thank you all very much for this news! Myself and others have been checking in every day since your announcement on 11/17/10 to see if there were some updates. I know I am interested in what has been included from the Sins Optimization Project mod to streamline the game among other things. This truly is a delightful turn of events and we await eagerly! Thank you!

That last line was 6 sill-a-bowls GD01. Here, I'll give it a shot. In the Center of All Things; A Revelation TDN means that? Just that little phrase right there? It can't mean just that!

Like I said above. I want a 64-bit computer but until there is a reason to get one, I won't upgrade. If Sins updated and it would run even better on a 64-bit for Mods and game play etc. That might just be enough of a reason there for me to upgrade all in itself. [e digicons][/e]

Now THAT was indeed entertaining. [e digicons]:D[/e] I wonder if someone could make a Haiku about the TDN dilemma?

It's a double edged sword in my eyes, the whole 32-bit vs 64-bit. Yes, 64-bit seems to be the future as it's been more accepted than most other 64-bit systems in the last 25 years. The problem that I currently have is that I'm running a 3.2Ghz Pentium D that just brute forces it's way through just about anything, Sins, Crysis, StarCraft 2 you name it. I would LOVE to have a 64-bit system that could utilize my 4gb of ram (instead of just 3.2gb of i

Having purchased the original collectors edition that included a full disc of the music I will see if there was anything noted about the group that composed it etc. Off hand I don't know about any orchestral group associated however.
